Tea Ceremony in Tokyo!! - The traditional tea making ceremony class offered in the heart of Asakusa was amazing! I got to learn about the history of wagashi-traditional Japanese sweets and the beautiful art of tea ceremony in Japan. I even got to wear traditional Japanese garb throughout the experience. It was an experience I won't soon forget!

If you are interested in learning Japanese culture that is very English friendly, this is the place! - If you want to get a new and exciting experience about Japan, BUB Activity Center is the place. we came here with our two children (11 months & 4 years), my first child was very excited doing the activities, the staff were very kind, friendly and willing to play with my children so my husband and I could still follow all the activities here. We did the Japanese Tea Ceremony & Sweets Making, Craft Your Own Chopsticks, Build Your Own Ramen, Handcraft Sugar-Free Rice Candy activities. starting from 15:30 - 18:30, 3 hours of excitement especially since this was our first time joining activities like this. If you are interested in learning Japanese culture that is very English friendly, this is the place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The tea ceremony was a real immersion for me in an atmosphere of harmony, respect and inner peace.
Each movement was filled with meaning and silence with special beauty.
It was particularly pleasant not only to watch, but also to participate in the ritual.
We also made a traditional Japanese treat - it was delicious, beautiful and educational!
Great gratitude for this careful approach to culture and for the opportunity to experience Japan from within. I highly recommend anyone who wants to experience something special.

Can highly recommend - I can highly recommend! We had such a great time at Bub activity center. We got to make ramen from scratch, paint our own chopsticks (which we got to bring home), tea ceremony and making traditional Japanese sweets and also make ice cream. During all of these activities we also got to learn about Japanese culture and you got to bring the chopsticks home.
It was such a fun experience and all the staff where friendly and could speak English.
Thank you for this experience!+++

Wonderful Tea Experience - I had such an amazing time at the Bub Activity Center! It was my first tea ceremony experience in Japan, and the staff made it so easy and fun. Everyone was super welcoming and kind. We got to make nerikiri (beautiful Japanese sweets) and learned how to properly prepare and serve matcha. I definitely recommend this experience if you’re looking for something cultural and memorable in Tokyo!

Best place to talk with Japanese people! - Starting from making Japanese sweets, pouring water to matcha were unexpected experiences for me and so much fun! Shiina-san kindly taught me how to whisk tea, and his hometown story.
Highly recommend to go and talk to him!

Didn't want to go home - First ever tea ceremony experience in Japan went better than I expected! The experience was not only matcha, but also sweets. My boyfriend is vegan, so I was concerned about meat ingridients at first, but they explained that they used traditional japanese vegetables for coloring. Lisa was very sweet helping me with the kimono, it looked so cute *~* and the fabric was nice. She assisted us throughout the experience and helped me save my almost-fell-on-the-floor wagashi >
