- Warm-Up: Begin with a 10-minute warm-up, including stretching and rhythm training, to get ready for choreography.
- Choreography Practice: Spend 40 minutes learning shuffle dance, from basic steps to intermediate choreography.
- 4K Filming: The last 10 minutes capture your progress in 4K video, creating a memorable keepsake.
- Video Distribution and Cultural Exchange: Receive your video and enjoy cultural exchange in the lobby after filming.
