In this interactive workshop at our studio near Shibuya Station, participants will craft noodles from scratch, prepare chicken chashu, and customize the soup to their liking. The session’s highlight is sampling three styles—tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso—side by side.
Upon arrival at the studio, a short 10-minute walk from the station, participants will knead dough, cut noodles using a professional cutter, and prepare the chicken chashu. They will then assemble three mini bowls, adjust the flavors, add toppings, and create an Instagram-worthy ramen trio. Finally, they can sit down and savor the ramen they crafted.
Beginners are welcome. The class is conducted in English with attentive support for small groups. The activity begins and ends at the same location, allowing participants to continue exploring Shibuya immediately after the class.
