Join this interactive workshop near Shibuya Station, where participants will create fresh noodles from scratch, prepare chicken chashu, and customize the soup base to their liking. The session’s highlight is sampling three classic varieties—Tonkotsu Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Miso Ramen—side by side in one unforgettable experience.
The adventure begins with a warm welcome at the ramen studio, conveniently located a short walk from the station. Participants will knead dough, cut noodles using a professional machine, and prepare chicken chashu. Then, they will assemble three mini bowls, adjust flavors, add toppings, and present an Instagram-worthy ramen trio. Finally, they can sit down and savor their creations.
No prior experience is necessary. Conducted entirely in English and kept small for personalized attention, this workshop is ideal for couples, families, and friends. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos throughout the session.
The activity starts and concludes at the same location, allowing participants to continue exploring Shibuya immediately after the workshop.
