Halal-friendly! Tell kenji in advance and you’ll make delicious bento boxes! - Kenji is a great teacher and was very patient with us! We made super cute panda bento boxes for the first time and they turned out great! I told kenji super last minute that I have dietary restrictions cause of religious purposes and he accommodated! Thank you so much!

A joyful and authentic bento experience in Japan! - Wonderful experience! I decided to gift my friend a bento-making class in Japan, and we couldn’t have been happier. The class wasn’t too crowded, which made it easy to interact and communicate with everyone. It started with a short presentation, and we really appreciated how they explained the cultural meaning of bento in Japan. Kenji and Sayaka were fantastic: friendly, engaging, and with excellent English. They created such a warm and cheerful atmosphere throughout the class. The ingredients were high quality, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. At the end, they asked whether we preferred to eat our bento there or take it away: we chose takeaway, but both options are available. I highly recommend this experience for both adults and children. We left feeling happy, satisfied, and with a deeper appreciation of our trip to Japan.

Beautiful Bento - The Bento Box Tour was an outstanding experience and a highlight of our trip. It struck the perfect balance between being engaging, educational, and genuinely fun for the whole family. My 5- and 11-year-old were completely absorbed from start to finish, which is not always easy to achieve. The hands-on elements were especially well done, allowing the kids to actively participate rather than just observe. They loved learning how to assemble their own bento boxes and trying new foods in a relaxed, supportive environment. The guide was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with children, which made a significant difference. The pace was ideal, never rushed but always moving. It felt authentic without being overwhelming. This is an excellent choice for families looking for something interactive and culturally meaningful that keeps kids fully engaged. Highly recommended.

Family friendly - super informative and entertaining - We did this bento-making class as a family and it turned out to be such a fun and memorable experience. It started with a short presentation that gave us a good understanding of bento—simple, informative, and easy to follow even for the kids. The hands-on part was the best. The kids loved putting together their own bentos and choosing how to arrange everything. Kept them fully engaged the whole time. Even the adults enjoyed it more than expected. We all walked to a nearby park to eat what we made. It was a nice, relaxed way to end the experience. Overall, very well-organized, informative without being too heavy, and enjoyable for all ages.
