With the help of your host, you’ll experience the unique way of steaming food while learning about local life in Japan. As part of this this class, you will visit a local market, choose local ingredients and use onsen steam pods to make dishes. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. After the class, you can take a hot spring bath in a ryokan where this class is held at if you want!
