We had a lovely time. - It was fun to learn how to make various kinds of sushi, such as nigiri, warships, thin rolls. Even though it is a typical Japanese culture, there are many things I don't know, and I'm sure I'll remember and enjoy it every time I eat sushi in the future. The sushi I made was also very delicious and very satisfying.

You can feel like a sushi chef! Maximum‼︎ - I was taught how to make sushi carefully by a professional craftsman, and it was very interesting to make and eat sushi yourself! I wonder if we can have a nigiri sushi party at home. I also learned the history of sushi for the first time, and learned it (^^)

You can listen to history and trivia as well as real life experience of Nigiri sushi, and eat sushi made by yourself! I had a satisfying time. - It was a waste of content just for foreign travelers. There was a history of sushi and a bit of trivia, and making sushi yourself was inspiring. Chef Uchida, who coached us, enjoyed participating with a gentle and gentle manner. Thank you very much.

You'll want to do it at home! Sushi experience - They say it's a wonderful and quaint building that's not clean. The toilet was also very beautiful. Everyone was dressed up as sushi chefs and wearing hats, and it was exciting first! That's what my hat looked like! First of all, surprise. Move up the stairs to the upper floor and open the door, and the craftsman will greet you with a smile. A sushi set and toy sushi were on the table, which excited them about the experience. First of all, he explained a lot about the history of sushi in Japan, its place in Edo in the past, its price, etc., and there were many things I didn't know as a Japanese. I look at sushi that I take for granted a little differently. I got a lecture on how to make sushi and immediately experienced it, and the craftsmen saved this skill so quickly! That's why it's so good. You can tell by looking at it, the amount of rice, the feeling of the air, etc. I was very satisfied with how to put and roll thinly rolled rice, and I would like to see it at home. The taste is delicious and the belly is very satisfying. While it will definitely be fun for people from overseas, I would recommend it to those who are familiar with sushi in Japan and love it!

Grab and eat sushi - Wearing a haori and hat, the experience started! Starting with the history of sushi in the Edo period, you can learn how to make sushi and roll it into thin rolls. We enjoyed making sushi and eating it deliciously while talking happily. I made my own sushi... well, I guess it was my first time. lol

Experience sushi culture and cooking - It was a great experience. Learn the history of sushi and make your own! Even Japanese had never cooked sushi, but I was able to learn here and become a real Japanese. It is also a clean shop with a sense of luxury. Recommended for small groups.
