Perfect for lovers of Japanese culture - The class is around 2 hours. So it’s wise to plan ahead. Kano San has a clean and tidy studio room to practice and can accommodate several people. I went alone and had one on one time to enjoy myself with the craft. It was a good time and money well spent.
Kano San is extremely nice and helpful, she routinely gives you tips to improve without sounding condescending or mean. She has a great passion for Shodo and that passion translates in to a genuine desire to share it with everyone. Both Japanese and non Japanese alike. If you have a love of Japanese culture, traditional Japanese culture where the pure aestheticism of their people shines, don’t miss this opportunity to take a shodo class with Kano San.

Calligraphy and Cooking class - I really spend a great time doing calligraphy, with a really good material ✨️
You have some time to practice and have good advice and explanations to have a splendid final result ☺️
I also do a cooking class here. We make Miso soup and Onigiri. Here again, the explanation was really good, and she take into account if you can't eat something, or don't like something so everyone can make something they can eat! And It was sooo good ☺️
It's okay if you can't speak Japanese, English is okay!
