• Constitution Hill Human Rights Precinct - The Old Fort & Prisons were built by Paul Kruger in the late 1800s. The prisons detained the likes of Mahatma Gandhi, and Robert Sobukwe, Nelson & Winnie Mandela.

This 60-minute highlights tour comes to the heart of what Constitution Hill is all about, exploring the precinct’s complex history, its mutations through time, the humiliations and injustices to which its inmates were subjected, and explaining why the court’s presence in this place is so meaningful.
