Joburg + Soweto in one day - My fiancé and I had a great experience! The tour was very informative, and we had the chance to see the most important attractions in Joburg in just one day. It was very easy to switch buses, and the schedule was followed punctually. We also visited Soweto with TD and Linda—they were very nice and explained what life is like in that part of the city. We definitely recommend this experience!

A must do - the best tour in SA! - We have been 4 weeks in Africa and this was by far the best, of the many tours we have been on. Our guides SK and Kizmo had such a great energy and very informative. Made it fun for everyone on board and were good at getting the kids involved.

Soweto and city tour - Great way to see Johannesburg safely, for all the main attractions. We also did the Soweto tour, which was really informative, interesting and most of all safe. We had DT (guide) and Vincent (bus driver) who were fantastic. DT was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and most of all had safety as his top priority for everybody on board. Vincent's driving was excellent. Such a smooth transition from the big red bus to the small red bus! If you have a day in Johannesburg, I'd definitely recommend it! Thank you!

A 10/10 experience in Soweto :) - Kagiso, Keitumetse, Keamogetswe, and Themba were the best! Themba made sure to drive us to Soweto and back safely, while Keitumetse and Keamogetswe gave us the best experience in Soweto. Their respective tours were extremely insightful and thought provoking! Kagiso made the overall experience so seamless and memorable, and he’s the best camera man to have on tour :)

Great Overview of Joburg - This was a good overview of the city and its history. Just sad that the Apartheid Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we missed that stop. So we added the Soweto portion onto our experience and it was great. It was our favorite part and our guides, KG and Vincent, were fantastic. My only recommendation would be to book this as close to your trip as possible so you can check the weather forecast because it rained the entire day and we couldn't change our dates due to other plans while visiting the city. So it made for a very wet experience. There are a few seats on the top level that are covered but if you hop off and hop back on those few covered seats at the top are guaranteed to be taken and you will be on the lower level.

dissapointing experience! - The bus tour didn’t provide much information. Sometimes they just talked about a nearby bar or shop, which I didn’t find very interesting. Some historical facts would have been much better. As for the Soweto tour, it was okay and the guides were very nice, but there were too many stops just to buy tourist items from stores. For example, we stopped for 15 minutes at a snake museum to take a picture with a snake for about $5, which none of us wanted to do. In another stop during the Soweto tour we had a different guide who explained us a historical fact for three minutes and then wanted a tip. At the end of the tour our guides said that the tour was for free and that they were expecting a tip, which I found odd because we paid 17$ or so extra for the tour. It would have been better to visit only the interesting places on our own.
