nice experience in Pilanesberg and Sun city, worth to try - I booked a tour from Steve, the driver Mo picked up us on time, and full of patience, i had really good time during the safari ,we saw more 10 animals over there, and went toSun city. Sun city was nice and beautiful. This trip will spent around 12 hours,you have to have a good sleep the previous day. I definitely will choose them again.

Absolutely amazing - Omggggg. This was definitely a wining experience. My tour guide was awesome, the experience was awesome. Stephenson adventures hands down went all out to make sure i created those memories while my safety was top priority. Thanks to MO and Banele were both awesome and very professional.

Wildlife and Unexpected Delays: Our tour Experience - Visting Pilanesberg we did not see too many animals. We were either too early or too late. Fortunately we visited earlier the Lion and Rhino park so we were not that disappointed. However, do not expect that the animals will wait for you like in a Zoo. We brought even a joke from this trip: "Do you see the brown rock far away over there? Yes? Well, that’s the lion taking a nap under the tree. Trust my word on that."
While searching for animals, we fell behind schedule and didn’t have enough time for Sun City. But credit goes to our tour guide, Banele from Stephenson Adventures. He took responsibility for the hour-long delay in Pilanesberg and allowed us an extra hour in Sun City. The place and the Valley of Waves are really great and 2 hours there would never be enough. We got another one and really used this additonal hour for fun. I know that Banele sacrificed his own time and was really late home that day. But this is what Stephenson Adventures do - they go an extra mile for their customers and I really appreciated that.

A good value overall - This trip was a very good value for the money. We had a private diver and escort (Banele was absolutely amazing! You should request him if at all possible!) who picked us up from our hotel. It was about a two hour and 15 minute drive out to the Pilanesberg national park. We saw many animals (but no lions) and had an elephant follow our safari jeep for part of the way towards the end of the safari. We then went to Sun City which was a little generic but we had a good time a the water park and casino. A very good day overall and you definitely get your money's worth!

Amazing experience - Mo, our driver picked us up at the scehduled time and was very nice a knowledgeable. Our safari diver Shumba was excellent and ensured that we saw the maximum animals in our 3 hour safari. We were extremely lucky to witness a leopard on its morning hunt as well as a family of elephants. For those doing the safari during winter should ensure they dress warmly as it gets quite chilly.
Sun city was beautiful and a great discovery. For infor, the lunch is an R80 voucher per person, and you will eventually have to top up some moneny for a proper lunch.

Beautiful Day - We had an amazingly beautiful experience. The tour guides were passionate about their work and ensured that we enjoyed the tour. Time passed by quickly. We will definitely do this again.

Amazing Tour but incomplete... - Amazing trip , my driver , a lady was cool , enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
My 3 hour safari was incomplete .I didn't have the chance to see the big 5 , only rhino I saw and zebra, giraffe, impala , hippo .
The Sun City tour was stunning

Okay day at Pilanesburg. Avoid Sun City - Probably mother and baby rhino photos.
Sadly animal viewings were limited- no lions or leopards, distant elephants and two giraffes. - no fault of the staff, just bad luck.
My friend wanted to see Sun City, it’s probably good for young families, but it’s all artificial and tacky. The staff there were noticeably surly and miserable. Had forgotten I had a bar of chocolate in my bag, that got confiscated. Ordered a chicken and chips, with ice cream for dessert, the chicken was red (not even pink) in the centre. I assumed they would hold the ice cream and bring later - thought that would be common sense. I was wrong.
On the positive side, Mo the driver from Stephenson Adventures was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly, he put himself out to be helpful, but obviously he has no control over what happens inside.
The Pilanesburg safari staff were fine and just as disappointed that the animals weren’t so much in evidence.
