Great all round - While the Austrian countryside, Abbys, monasteries, and history will keep you entertained for the entire day, it is only through a great host that these qualities are truly appreciated.
Maria went above all expectations, turning a bunch of strangers from all walks of life into a team of fascinated children, captured by stories of days long gone. A special vote of appreciation needs to be given for the extra effort Maria provided by getting me to my international flight in the nick of time!

Incredible Tour and Tour Guide-Maria - What an incredible experience, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and of course Maria was absolutely amazing.
Hallstatt and Salzburg are just too beautiful, and we just have to come back again to see more of these areas.
Maria, thanks, we really enjoyed you as a person and as our tour guide, very well done.
This trip with Maria is highly recommended.

Wonderful trip with Maria - Excellent trip to visit Wachau , Melk , Hallstatt and Salzbourg with the amazing Maria who was our guide and driver . All the steps were done exactly on time ; thank you Maria and thank you for the wine and the chocolat . I recommend this day trip !

A nice experience - Maria is a very knowledgeable giving informations during our trip. It could have been more a better experience if we arrived earlier and stayed more in Salzburg rather than that of the 1st stop in Wachau. It’s already dark when we get to Salzburg so we didn’t get much exploration done.

A very nice day trip! - The trip was well organized, we visited so many beautiful places. Our driver and tour guide, Mrs Maria was very friendly and helpful. It was worth it!

Worst day ever - Trust the reviews- stay away!
Just like you, I scrolled reviews thinking this won’t happen to me- no shows, late delays, disregard by the company. And I thought this won’t happen to me. Until it did.
It started fine, a 1 hour delay due to traffic but at least we left. After halstat though, our car broke down on the side of the road. I would say this is unexpected- but when I got in the car there was a piece of black duck tape covering the warning lights on the dashboard.
No worries though, the company will send another van from the company’s headquarters, on the Slovakian border- 4 hours away. No roadside assistance in sight, we managed to get the car running in the snow and through traffic got to a gas station where the car was running again.
At this point we had to give up on Salzburg, and turn around to Vienna in case we break down again. Which we did, after about 2 hours of driving. But guess what- the company heard the car was running again, so they didn’t send the other van. We were stuck on the side of the highway for an hour until they got a taxi to take us to the nearest train station, where we waited an additional hour for the other van to arrive.
So we finished the trip late, without seeing half the tour, and freezing from being stuck on the side of the road.
Please, trust the reviews, do not book this trip, too many things can go wrong, and they will.

Untimely, Unreliable, DO NOT BOOK !!!! - Negative Review: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!??
Unreliable Salzburg Excursion from Vienna
This review highlights a disappointing experience with a pre-booked excursion from Vienna to Salzburg. The main issues encountered were:
**Severe Delay**
The tour was scheduled to begin at 7:30 AM, with instructions to be ready by 7:20 AM. However, the guide, Maria, did not arrive until after 8:40 AM - more than an hour late.
**Poor Communication**
When contacted at 7:45 AM to confirm the trip status, the company provided a vague response, stating only that "you will hear from Maria". This lack of clear communication left the travelers in uncertainty.
**Missed Opportunity**
Due to the extensive delay, the reviewers were forced to make alternative arrangements. They worked with their hotel to secure train tickets to Salzburg, which they ultimately enjoyed.
**No Refund Provided**
Despite the significant inconvenience caused by the tour operator's tardiness, no refund was offered to the customers.

Do not recommend - Would not recommend! I had read another review that they cancelled trip at last minute but assumed that was an exception I was wrong! We were booked to be picked up at 8am at 6:30 am they cancelled the trip. They had no problem charging us right away but cannot get an answer on a refund...
