Fantastic Time! - This was a great time. From the moment our driver Richard picked us up, he was very friendly, offering history of Jamaica and other places we should visit. The fire show part of the excursion was like a bonus. Once that was over, it was a little disorganized getting onto the boat to head onto the lagoon, but once on the way, no issues. The lagoon was amazing. The bioluminescence you create has to be seen to be believed. Be warned-the bottom of it is like thick peanut butter. Wear aqua shoes! But definitely make this a must do in Jamaica.

A Must Do - Great pickup and drop off experience with Richard. The lagoon was amazing-although the bottom of it was quite muddy. But definitely worth it. The fire show was like a bonus. All in all, great time!

Amazing experience - Jonathan our tour guide was fantastic, he stayed with us during the excursion. The actual lagoon was such an amazing experience, the waters are warm it was surreal, and the boat captain was extremely funny. We got to see the fire show which was so fun. Richard was a safe and... - Richard was a safe and courteous driver and guide! He communicated well, picked us up on time, guided upon arrival to checkin, enjoy the fire show and waited until after our boat tour. The luminous lagoon was interesting, but brightness depends on the water temperature, so wasn’t as stunning as hoped, but a great escape from the resort to experience a little bit of the local flair!

Luminous lagoon - We had an excellent time the fire show was super entertaining and daring. The lagoon was a good experience even though it wasn’t the brightest during our trip. To top it off the transportation service was excellent and Richard was very accommodating and nice to us. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the trip. Would certainly recommend!!

Great time with the lagoon - Its a great adventure, the fire show worth the money, also make sure to take a swim at the lagoon it amazing. The tour service “ Big Deal Tours” give the busy deal amount the other.

Unique and fun - The bioluminescent boat tour was so fun! What a great experience. They were calling it a fountain of youth and when I saw our photos from the night I thought they might be right! Neat experience, excellent guides. Would recommend 100 percent! Thanks for the memories!

A wonder of the world in the most disappointing fashion - One of the worst excursions we have ever been on. We were not told ahead of time that in order to eat before returning to our hotel we had to order before getting on the boat. The cargo net of the catamaran still had dried vomit from a previous group. It was a sunset cruise, but we never left the bay and with all the sunken boats in the bay we didn't feel safe jumping in with an emergency life preserver wrapped around our waists. The fire show and the food were also disappointing.
