Jet Ski!!! - My friends and I had a great experience !!! The guys there provided us with alot of information to remained safe and have a great time.!!!

30 minutes all we needed - Nice excursion. Saw a sea turtle. Picked up and returned quickly withiut waiting to hotel in shuttle.

Our driver was friendly,... - Our driver was friendly, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Jet Ski’s were new and no problems!

Jetski Life - The excursion was very fun. The only complaint was my driver wasn't available until 45 minutes after my excursion therefore, I walked back to the resort.

Super fun! - It was a great way to spend half a day. We did the 30 min experience. Just make sure you know that the insurance is not included in the price. The round trip transportation was great!

- Diego was AMAZING!! We really enjoyed the Jet skis. Jose took our pictiand captured us with the drone, and although some of the pi6were blurry, they really captured the fun we had. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Get ready to have fun!!!

Cabo San Lucas Jetski - It was my first time on a jet ski and the tram made me feel so comfortable! Diego has a great sense of humor. I would recommend and everytime I come back I will use their services

Unprofessional Company - I Do not recommend the service . They are very late picking you up which makes maintaining a schedule for the day impossible . The first driver was rude , did not interact or assist in boarding , very late even though we were the only people in the van and no additional pickups were made . Also you can NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE ARCH as this is a different “excursion” and the other companies do not want you seeing it without paying , the previous comment that said they had a guide taking them to view the arch was not honest or was posted by the company . You also have to wait HOURS ( not an exaggeration, literally more than 3 hours ) after you are done to be taken back home. They have little to no communication with the drivers even though you book for a specific time allotment and they know exactly when you will finish , they will tell you it’s traffic … or an accident when these things are not true . After raising the issue at the 2 hour mark , miraculously , a driver became available to take us home ( obviously he was not affected by the traffic or accident that the previous transportation was ) . Truthfully They are trying to stretch the shuttle service to multiple companies at the same time and they simply are not professional when it comes to others time. They want you to stay to spend money on photos and other crafts that you will be pressured to purchase while checking in and waiting to leave . There are no chairs , no place to sit or coverage from the sun outside of a small umbrella or that they want you to wait under . They simply expect you to figure it out . Also , there are “guides” that do not actually guide you anywhere so please be careful as they are no where near you in the water if you have an emergency. Jet ski itself , was fine but there is an additional insurance fee required onsite so I would recommend recording the state of the jet ski before you let them push it in the water for insurance purposes.

Don’t book - This was hands-down one of the worst and most infuriating experiences we've ever had with a tour company. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They made several body-shaming and racist remarks — clearly directed at us for being Black — and spoke about us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, we did. It was disgusting and degrading. After the tour, they pulled a scam we now believe they’ve done to others before: accusing us of causing a tiny, scratch on one of the jet skis. They demanded $600 for the "damage" without any real discussion or evidence. We do not believe we caused that damage. Honestly, it felt like they either tampered with it or just wait for people they can target and shake down. It was a setup. The entire operation was shady from start to finish. Between the racist treatment, the body-shaming, and the obvious scam, this company should not be in business. If you’re considering a jet ski tour, do not trust this place. They rely on intimidation, prejudice, and dishonesty to make extra money off tourists. Steer clear. This was a disgusting experience and they should be held accountable.

Terrible - Jet Ski Rental – Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience We had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental company in Cabo this past Saturday, and I feel compelled to share this to help others avoid what we went through. When we arrived, the manager informed us we’d need to wait about 30 minutes because another group was still out on the jet skis. That was fine. During the wait, we completed the required waivers and were offered insurance—which we declined, as this wasn’t our first time riding. Once it was our turn, the staff simply pointed us toward the jet skis and told our group of eight to hop on—no inspection, no check-out process, no walk-around to document the condition of the equipment. They didn’t check the jet skis after the previous riders, nor did they check them before sending us out. After our 30-minute ride, I returned to find the staff surrounding one of the jet skis, claiming there was damage. It turned out to be a superficial scuff—something that could be wiped off with a towel or buffed out easily. Despite this, they initially claimed it would cost $800, then dropped it to $500. They said the jet ski would be “out of commission for five days”—but magically, that same ski was back out on the water within 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the group member who had used that particular ski recorded his entire ride. The video clearly showed no impact or damage took place, and the small crack they pointed out was already there before he got on. Yet they still charged us. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of tourists. There was zero accountability on their end to document the condition of the equipment beforehand, yet full blame was placed on us afterward. If you do choose to rent from this company, I strongly advise demanding a pre- and post-ride inspection and taking thorough photos or videos of your assigned jet ski before riding. Otherwise, you may find yourself in the same situation—being charged for damage you didn’t cause. Extremely disappointing experience. Not worth the stress or the $500.
