Very good experience - The tour was a wonderful experience for us. It was very well organised from pickup right through to drop off. Our guide to Jerusalem, Zahi, was exceptional. Our guide in Bethlehem, George, was equally phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and learned a lot from it.

Great experience! - Great day with this tour agency. We were small group of 10-12 people - Yonatan was our guide for Jerusalem and George for Bethlehem. Both were very nice characters and good guides. Very knowlegable and passionate about their job.

No Customer Service - Absolutely no help online. A friend and I booked this tour, and something came up last minute that I couldn’t go on the trip anymore. We tried calling the number of the travel agency multiple times and email a couple days in advance and got no reply. Their full refund policy only works if they actually acknowledge you.

If you’re Christian stay away, you’ll be disrespected and humiliated - We took this tour a few years back and it popped up on my past bistro bookings today, reviving the trauma. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a tour. The tour guide looked at us with disgust when he found out we are Orthodox Christian (we did the mistake of sharing with him) and he even refused to shake our hand (like he did with all other passengers) at the end of the tour. We felt humiliated, disrespected and disgraced for the entirety of the tour and couldn’t wait for it to end.

Scam - I waited at the pickup point with several other international travelers for two hours and nobody showed up or answered the phone or replied to texts. I want my money refunded.

Cancelled voucher - Trip cancelled before even going apparently due to conflict. During this time, you shouldn’t take our money until you know for sure we are going. Now I have to wait for a refund.
