My trusted and respected Tour Guide whom I live to share - I have visited with my church groups from LA, Tacoma, and Seattle U.S. I have been coordinating tours to Israel for Japanese American groups. I am very satisfied go with our tour guide Alex. (1) He has great knowledge about full sites. In other words, he prepares where the group go. (2) He has great leadership, yet very flexible, when we face time changes or faved some incidents ( 2 years ago, our bus was going down to Dead Sea, but there has been lots of rainfall for few days. The road was closed. Then he talked with the bus driver and we go to different way to reached the hotel) (3) He shows respects to all of our members and takes care of some emergency situation. One of our member is the elderly person and she got sick. He contacted the special aids including MD. (4) I have highly recommendations Mr. Alex , I have never choose the other tour guides. As he is a professional tour guides, great knowledge, understanding diversity and very sweets inside but very strong characters. You will be appreciate when Alex would work at your company in the future’s. Out standing tour guide for me and for all.
