- Hamdeok Beach - Situated along Jeju Olle Trail Course 19, Hamdeok Beach, also known as Hamdeok Seoubonghaebyeon Beach, is renowned for its stunning emerald-blue waters, towering palm trees, and pristine white sands. Just 20 kilometers from Jeju International Airport, it ranks among Jeju’s top three beaches. A bridge spans the water at the western end, and visitors can enjoy a grassy picnic area and a coastal walking trail. Summer evenings are particularly popular for experiencing the night sea. In spring, Seoubong Volcanic Cone is adorned with vibrant yellow canola blossoms, and the summit offers breathtaking views of the area, including Hallasan Mountain on clear days.
- Seongsan Ilchulbong - Rising 180 meters above sea level, Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone was formed over 5,000 years ago by an underwater magma eruption. Initially a separate island, it is now connected to the main island by accumulated sand and soil. The tuff cone’s large crater, created by hot lava meeting cold ocean water, measures about 600 meters in diameter and 90 meters deep. Once used for agriculture, it now features a field of silver grass and has been a backdrop for films. From the summit, visitors can admire Udo Island and the spectacular sunrise. The area was designated a natural reserve on July 19, 2000.
- Seopjikoji - Named for its cape-like shape, with ‘koji’ meaning cape in the Jeju dialect, Seopjikoji is a favored tourist spot just south of Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone. From its peak, one can enjoy a stunning view of the ocean and canola flower fields. Atop the hill is a beacon fire station, 4 meters tall and 9 meters in diameter, constructed from volcanic rocks. Behind it lies Bulgeunoreum Volcanic Cone, known for its red soil, with a striking white lighthouse on top. Seopjikoji has been a filming location for numerous Korean movies and dramas.
- Seongeup Folk Village - The Jeju Folk Village offers a glimpse into 19th-century Jeju life, with over 100 traditional houses and folk culture recreated through meticulous archival research. The village is adorned with native trees and flowers, providing seasonal floral displays. It features themed exhibition halls, model houses, and traditional folk games, drawing many visitors.
- Jeju Stone Park - Located in Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju Stone Park is inspired by Jeju’s stone culture and traditions. The park’s main theme centers on the foundation and identity of Jeju Island, rooted in the myth of Seolmundae Halmang (Grandmother Seolmundae), who is said to have created Jeju Island and the stones of Obaek Janggun (Five Hundred Generals). This historical and cultural space showcases collected stones that symbolize Jeju’s heritage and culture.
