Strolling along Jeju Olle Course 19 leads to Hamdeok Beach, a place with an emerald gem-like sea. Situated in Hamdeok-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, it is also known as ‘Hamdeok Seoubong Beach’ due to the presence of Oreum (Seoubong Peak) adjacent to the beach. Just 20km from Jeju Airport, it feels like a different world upon arrival. The tall palm trees at the entrance, the emerald sea contrasting with the white sand, and the clear water with transparent sand and seaweed create a stunning scene. Among Jeju Island’s many beaches, Hyeopjae Beach, Gimnyeong Beach, and Hamdeok Beach are renowned for their beautiful sea colors. The clear, shallow waters make it an ideal summer destination for families. An overpass on the west side of the beach allows for a unique experience of walking over the sea. -
Haenyeo Museum - (Departing from Jeju Cruise Terminal)
Jeju haenyeo are the resilient mothers of Jeju and the spiritual backbone of its residents. Their community life serves as a model for humanity. The haenyeo formed a merit-based community, making democratic decisions through discussions. They cared for the elderly and infirm, such as Halmang Badang and Geseok, and used their earnings to support society, including villages and schools. They also devised various methods to coexist with the sea, such as beach sweeping, gold snatching, and dialysis. The culture of Jeju haenyeo was recognized for its significance and was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on November 30, 2016 (local time). -
Seongsan Ilchulbong - (Departing from Jeju Cruise Terminal) or (Departing from Seogwipo City Gangjeong Cruise Terminal)
Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone, a prominent attraction of Jeju, was formed around 5,000 years ago from an underwater volcanic eruption. It is particularly famous as a sunrise viewing spot, considered one of Jeju Island’s top ten scenic wonders. Besides the sunrise, Seongsan Ilchulbong Tuff Cone is also a popular trekking destination. The Seongsan-Ojo Trail connects two villages by crossing the peak, while the Jijil Trail offers a closer look at the UNESCO-designated geopark and Jeju’s local culture. Walking these paths is recommended to fully experience the area; reaching the summit provides views of the vast volcanic crater and the surrounding blue ocean. To complete the visit, head to Seongsanpo Port to watch haenyeo (female divers) in action. -
Seongeup Folk Village - (Departing from Jeju Cruise Terminal) or (Departing from Seogwipo City Gangjeong Cruise Terminal)
The entire village, preserving the historical living site of old Jeju, has been designated as an Important Folklore Cultural Heritage. Unlike typical folk villages, it is still inhabited today. Jeju Stone Park - (Departing from Jeju Cruise Terminal)
Jeju Stone Park is a space where history and culture merge, showcasing rock culture, Sulmundae grandmother mythology, and folklore. The goddess Sulmundae is said to have created Jeju Island, and the park features rock culture relics and data intertwined with legend. It serves as a space for both locals and tourists to engage with the island’s rich cultural heritage. - Dongmun Market - The largest seafood market in Jeju-si, Dongmun Market Place includes Sanjicheon Fountain. It comprises Dongmun street market, Dongmun traditional market, and Dongmun seafood market. Visitors can purchase a variety of seasonal fish and pickled fish, among other items.

Oedolgae - (When Departing from Gangjeong Cruise Terminal)
Oedolgae, the starting point of Jeju Olle Trail Course 7, is a 20m high stone pillar rising from the sea. Named ‘Oedolgae’ for its solitary stance, it is also known as ‘General Stone’ and ‘Grandma Rock’. Legend has it that General Choi Yeong adorned this rock like a general during a battle against the Yuan Dynasty, causing the enemy to self-destruct. The name ‘Grandma Rock’ has its own legend. Beyond the visible rocks, the life of Jeju people waiting for the sea’s bounty can be observed. -
Jeongbang Waterfall - (When Departing from Gangjeong Cruise Terminal)
Jeongbang Falls is one of Jejudo Island’s top three waterfalls, alongside Cheonjiyeon Falls and Cheonjeyeon Falls. It is the only waterfall in Korea where water cascades directly into the sea. Standing 23m high, the two streams of water create a thrilling sound and a stunning view as they fall down the black cliff. The surrounding steep cliffs and ancient pine trees add to the picturesque scenery, recognized as one of the Ten Scenic Sights of Yeongju, known as “Jeongbanghapok.” According to legend, the words ‘Seobulgwacha’ are engraved on the cliffs of Jeongbang Falls. It is said that a man named Seobul visited the island in search of an elixir plant on the orders of China’s Qin Shu Huangdi long ago. Unable to find the plant, he headed west to return to China, captivated by the sight of Jeongbang Falls. -

Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market - (When Departing from Gangjeong Cruise Terminal)
Seogwipo Olle Market is the largest market in Seogwipo-si and a traditional market that emerged spontaneously in the early 1960s. Starting with a 120m arcade in 2001, a total of 620m of arcades have been installed, playing a pivotal role in Seogwipo’s economy. The parking lot offers maximum convenience with a 1-hour free parking system and a delivery service that delivers goods to the desired location for free for customers purchasing products at the market. It also features an outdoor performance hall and a park with a fountain for future potential customers, including teenagers.
