2. Remember to provide your arrival flight number when booking. There is no need to worry about the service being fully booked, as it is almost always available. The key is for us to have your correct flight information. If your flight changes, please notify us as soon as possible.
3. Choose a meeting time that is one hour after your arrival time, as customs procedures typically take an hour. Our drivers monitor the arrival board closely to ensure they meet you on time.
4. Drivers may attempt to contact you via WhatsApp. If you use this app, please accept their contact request.
