An Amazing Adventure! - Every single tour guide was phenomenal and fun! I felt safe the entire time and will definitely return! Thank you for such an Amazing Experience!

Great experience with the zipline - Michael and Shavon were great! We were the first tour of the day and my daughter and I got the whole experience to ourselves. Michael and Shavon assisted and kept it fun. Absolutely recommend the zipline.

Awesome experience all around!! - Our Tour guides Michael and Shavaun were great and interactive! I was timid at first and Michael was reassuring and very patient. I am happy I did the zipline and I will return to do the ATV and go-carts. You can see that they are big on safety; and friendly staff! The park is huge and naturistic and there’s lots of stuff to do.

Zipline Experience - We did the zipline at Jamwest. I just wanted to say...OMG! Tristan was great! I was absolutely terrified and he was my "uber" the entire time, well, until the last run lol. He made me feel safe and I absolutely enjoyed it! Thank you Tristan for taking such good care of me and making it a great experience!

The most amazing time. - Everyone was extremely nice and made the excursion we did one to remember! We also did the ATV as well. The food was the best I had at this location. The oxtail was amazing!

🤞 - At first i was kinda skeptical about doing the zipline because i am scared of heights.. but believe michael and mulla made this tour extremely fun .. i forgot all about my fears.. big up michael and mulla !

Fun on our honeymoon! - Ziplining made for a fun afternoon on our honeymoon! The bus picked us up at the front door of our resort right on time and we traveled to Jamwest. Everything was organized to get us set for our tour. I was disappointed to spend $5 to use a locker when that should be included in the overall price as everyone brings something with them (phones, keys, purse, etc.) that can't go on the tour so basically it's just another way to make money after you have already spent over $100/person. Our tour guides were great! Felt very safe the whole time. I wish we had been able to go a few more times. 7 ropes didn't feel like enough to me for the money you pay for. Getting a ride back to our resort took a long time and was very disorganized. No one was around to help us know if we were in the right spot to wait or when we would be leaving. Safe drivers. Overall fun experience!

Disappointing - Trip took under 20 minutes. Six zips. We were rushed through, told we couldn't take any pictures and then waited over an hour for our return trip.
