Then on to Bamboo Rafting through our forest, while listening to the tranquillizing sounds of nature while your guide entertains you. You also have the option of doing a limestone massage. Limestone is very good at relieving knee pain, backpain, and shoulder pain. It can be used as a gentle exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
