Let’s embark on an adventure in the Thar Desert. We’ll commence our journey around 3 pm by jeep, making two pit stops: one at Jassery (a man-made lake), and another at the desert’s heart, Khaba Fort. Here you’ll witness stunning views of the deserted city and landscape. We’ll then proceed to the camel point by 5 pm where you’ll have the opportunity to ride a camel across the desert for about two hours, eventually reaching the sand dunes to watch the spectacular sunset. Following this, we’ll return to the campsite where the camel herders will prepare a hearty meal inclusive of snacks, lentils, a variety of vegetables, rice, chapatis, tea, and coffee. You’re welcomed to participate in the cooking process to learn how indigenous food is prepared on an open fire. After dinner, we’ll sleep beneath the stars in comfortable bedding, with ample blankets and mattresses provided. On the following morning, rise early to witness a breathtaking sunrise and enjoy a breakfast made up of tea, coffee, toast, porridge, biscuits, and fresh fruits. We’ll return to the city around 10:00 am.
