Very professional company ... and ask for Santosh! - We booked a car with a driver for our 7 day trip (Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Jodhpur) through Deepak. The price was very competitive but we the bonus was the tour guides in Agra & Jaipur. I was very skeptical initially booking transportation via whatsapp messages but Deepak was very courteous & quick to respond to questions. Our driver Santosh was friendly and always protective, which made us feel comfortable and safe. He would keep sharing information about the places we visited & would also warn us in advance about the "guides" and touts at various monuments. Always smiling & punctual, Santosh took great care of us and also treated us to some homemade choorma :) The tour guide in Agra was good sharing a lot of information at Agra Fort and Taj Mahal, he also ensured that we had enough private time to stroll around and take pictures. However, we didnt have the same impression about the guide in Jaipur, who seemed to be in a hurry to finish his job... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Deepak, Dinesh & Santosh to anyone looking for a reliable transportation company and definitely use them again on our next trip within India.

Great experience - Excellent tour operator. Coordinating through WhatsApp was straightforward and efficient. The itinerary was a private tour split between two days with a guide and driver both days. Our guide Vikas was informative, professional and flexible with our itinerary based on what we wanted to do as we had to make some adjustments to a sudden rainstorm. Our driver Santosh was punctual, extremely skilled and had a very comfortable and clean vehicle. Definitely would book with them again when in Jaipur.

An immersive experience in Jaipur - We had a great time with our guide and driver. They offered us a truly immersive experience in the pink city and did a fantastic job in showing us both monuments and local arts and crafts. We would definitely recommend!

Jaipur short trip - Divakar is a friendly and helpful driver. Knows the local attractions very well . Very humble though always calls you “sir” even if you decline. Having good patience. Would use Divakar again and Deepak the boss the company.

Amazing trip in India - My brother and I went to India for 10days, 6 of which we planed with V Care Tours. We visited Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. We had one driver, Mr. Pramod, throughout the entire trip: he’s was truly amazing, always available for good recommendations, his driving was smooth and safe, always had fresh bottled water to give us and was also always available to stop along the way when we needed to go to the toilet or eat. Also, very important, he knew exactly which were the best places to stop, in terms of cleanliness. We also had two different guides that met us in Agra and in Jaipur. The first was Bhupi, he was super kind, very friendly and clear in his explanations about Agra, Taj Mahal and the marble manufacturing. The second one was Yash, also very good, friendly, expert of the city of Jaipur. He took us to the most beautiful spots of the city, he gave us good advices for places to eat (even Italian ones) and was very patient on waiting the time we needed in every spot. He took to very authentic jewelry stores and manufacturers, and to a very authentic Kashmir retailer. Overall our experience was a 10/10, all the people that were involved in planning out tours were super helpful, friendly and always available to meet all of our requests. Would recommend V care Tours, Pramod, Bhupi and Yesh to anyone, and I’m very happy to have met them during our trip! Thank you again for everything :)

The best way to discover Rajasthan & more! - This is simply the best way to discover Rajasthan and other parts of Northern India. From the first contact with the owner of the business, through planning our itinerary and asking for extra services like train ticket bookings, until the very enjoyable 12 days with our driver, everything was well-arranged and transparent. Special shout-out to our driver Raju, who was amazing during the whole trip. Little facts about Indian culture, answering all of our questions in very good English and always super reliable and on time, handing out small water bottles whenever we needed them. The car was always perfectly clean, and Raju's driving skills are the best. We always felt safe in the chaotic Indian traffic, and that is a very difficult thing to achieve if you are used to well-organized European traffic. 11/10 would recommend working with this company for arranging your travels in Northern India or beyond. Fantastic service - highly recommend! - We had a great experience with the team from V Care Tours. Special mention for our driver Santosh Kumar Sharma who gave us excellent service, very friendly and always helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He also was able to answer any questions we had about India to make us more knowledgable. We also had a wonderful guide Yash in Jajpur. He gave us fantastic insights and information about the monuments we visited and had an in depth knowledge of history. Our children also really appreciated the elephant activities he recommended. Highly recommend this company for its reliability, safety and professionalism - We had an excellent experience with V-Care Tours during our 11-day trip through Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore and Agra. Booking and payment was easy and communication with the company owner and Dinesh, the manager, was quick and responsive. They even helped us book our Ranthambore NP safari entry tickets as we hit a roadblock when trying to do so ourselves on the government page. They also set up a WhatsApp group at the start of the journey with everyone involved (owner, manager, driver, us), so that any questions or messages were always responded to very quickly. Our driver, Guman, was a very careful and responsible driver, always on call, always on time, always flexible and patient when we experienced delays, always polite, and the car was always clean. He even went the extra mile to help us with some errands, and the water bottles he gave us each day were always very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and Guman as a driver, to anyone travelling to India.
