Make this your first tour in Seoul! - Andrew was such a wonderful guide that brought the city to life for us! He's super knowledgeable and provided many historic insights during our tour. I would highly recommend this tour to any newcomers to Seoul. It was a great introduction to and gave us a solid foundation to explore the city further on following days.

Try it! - Andrew was so much fun! He gave us lots of information about the area as we travelled . He was very cheerful and showed us some of the more exotic food options than we would have tried on our own. We all tried everything and left very satisfied. Dessert at a tea house rounded off a perfect day. Thank you, Andrew!!

Foody night on the town. - Despite extremely hot and sticky evening I had a good time. Visited a few street vendors and tried some Korean specialties. Food was delicious and the company was delightful. I highly recommend van as a guide for food and night on the town.

Great evening tour in Seoul - Ben did a great job showing us around Seoul and treating us to some interesting food. There is much more to the tour than just food, and Ben took some great photos which he later shared with us. We were a little jet lagged, but the evening was terrific! Thanks, Ben!

Eat like a local trip - Ben was an amazing host, he took us to a local restaurant where we tasted the most delicious fish stew soup which we would never be able to find such a gem. We tasted some traditional Korean tea in a cafe after dinner in Insadong. Highly recommended and Ben has given us many more advise for the rest of our stay. Jenny Wong

Interesting and fun time - Ben was an interesting and entertaining tour guide. He helped me try the foods that I requested (galbijjim and kalgusku) but in a traditional neighborhood far away from the tourists, which was wonderful. I had a great time walking around the night markets and trying medicinal tea with him while discussing Korean culture and traditional family dynamics.

Great immersive Seoul experience - We were lucky enough to get Ben for our tour. We chatted on whatsapp and email prior to meeting up to personalize our trip and I left most of the decision making up to him. After meeting in Hyehwa we strolled through the local streets and ended up at a very local restaurant and dined on an assortment of local fare. After we went to a cafe to enjoy a delicious dessert. Since we loved and ate so much delicious food he suggested we take a hike up the hill to see the old city wall and some amazing views of the city from above. We didn’t expect the hike but we loved it so much and were glad we were wearing our sneakers as we put a few k’s going up and down the mountain. I would highly recommend this to anyone joining Ben as it was great to burn off the calories we consumed during dinner and dessert. We finished in Dongdaemun with a stroll along the river and what a change in scenery going from a very quiet neighborhood, to hiking above the city, to immersing yourself in the city. Bring your smile as we took over 150 pictures with my family (and he sent them all to my mobile phone after our tour was completed). My recommendation is let him suggest the places, and the after dinner hike was great. If you don’t want the exercise just let him know what you would like; this really is a personal tour and we had Ben all to ourselves to answer all of our questions.

Great food and learn more about Seoul - Rossi was great. He met us at our hotel. We walked the streets and took a bus to Insa-dong. We walked through a small lane to a beautiful traditional restaurant that served the best kimchi pancake and rice wine. Next we moved to another eateries that served one of the best egg omelette (forgot the Japanese word for it) and army stewed. Thereafter to Kwang Jang Market and along the way we had watermelon juice (they called it apple-watermelon cause it’s the size of your palm). At the market, we had raw beef (similar to carpaccio but taste much better). We didn’t add live octopus on the raw beef as we don’t have the courage to have something still moving in our mouth. We didn’t have the chance to have oritang (traditional duck stewed) as it was sold out when we arrived . Instead, we had Korean fried chicken and beer. We walked all the back to our hotel as we were so full and there is no more space for food. I would recommend this food trail but make sure you have a big appetite. Derrick & Emmanuela Singapore

Look for other options. - The Turist guide was a very nice and attentive person, we liked her a lot. However for the price I would not recommend it, as the majority is probably kept by Viator (trip Advisor). We had a second private tour next day that lasted two times more and included a dedicated car for the same price. We also eat delicious local food. Look for other options.
