- This is some of the best hospitality to find in Jackson Hole. Staff and guides are warm, full of fun info, and super fun. This was my second time (in the span of 4 years) on a trip with Jackson Hole Whitewater. Both experiences were family friendly and just the right blend of excitement and adventure. We were grateful for the expertise of the guides - a must do if you are in Jackson Hole!

A great whitewater rafting experience - Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The guide was well-informed, reassuring, helpful, and humorous. Clearly he was experienced and skilled. I never had a sense of fear, just exhilaration. I would definitely recommend Jackson Hole Whitewater as the company to use to raft the whitewater of the Snake River in Jackson Hole.

- Our guide was confident, kept a conversation, made it fun, and the white rapids were amazing! I would like to suggest to advise guests you’ll be walking a long path at the end, bring a towel prior and leave on bus. You could take it a step further and sell a towel at signing in (don’t make them expensive) and or have them available after the ride and guest can pay for them ahead of time.

Best way to experience the Snake River - The guides were knowledgeable and kept us engaged the whole time! The raft was clean and comfortable. We had the best views of the river and canyon!

Great trip - Check-in was easy, staff did a nice job describing what to expect. Our guide was a lot of fun and kept the whole boat engaged. Nick had some good stories. Our group ranged in age from 9 to 72, everyone loved the ride. I booked through Viator, and there were some issues. I tried to change the group size and could not make it happen unless I immediately paid for the trip. Later, I changed the time from 2pm to 1pm so we could get an earlier start to our drive to Yellowstone. I received an email from Viator confirming the change was successful. Unfortunately, the operator did not get the message. We had to wait for the original time, although I had a confirmation from Viator. Nonetheless, we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this outfit.

Whitewater trip - I wanted something more than a float trip, but not too overwhelming- this trip fits that bill Professional driver and guides. Highly recommended.

Family fun on the Snake River - Our family of four absolutely loved our whitewater rafting experience with JH Whitewater Rafting. Our guide, Simon, was incredibly knowledgable and kept us safe while also having a fun adventure down the Snake River. Our daughters, ages 10 and 12, thoroughly enjoyed it and it was the perfect combination of excitement while also checking out the amazing scenery and wildlife. I highly recommend booking JH Whitewater Rafting for your family's summer adventures.

Wet & Wild! - Great trip! Family ages 73-8 and loved it! Great guide (Corrie) gave us a fun ride and good info regarding the river and the animals that inhabit it! 2-4 good soakings and a fun time!!

Rafting was a little... - Rafting was a little tame, would have preferred more class two and three experiences. Guide was grate, very knowledgeable of the area and river history.

Should have said something - There were 3 groups leaving at the same time. The other two groups had 7 and 8 respectively. My wife and I got out with a family of 9! 13 total on our boat. Imagine being the 3rd wheel on someone else’s vacation. Why the company didn’t put us with one of the other smaller groups is beyond me. Instead we joined someone else’s family vacation. I did not enjoy at all.
