Grear tour with Alpi - We did a tour with Alpi and the experience was excellent. He explained everything clearly and in an engaging way, which made it easy to both enjoy and learn at the same time. He is a very pleasant person, always with a smile on his face, which brings great energy throughout the journey. The van was very clean and fresh, and the driver drove really well. We highly recommend it!

Miracles. - Thanks to our guide Alpi and chauffeur Jan. Alpi is very smiley and kind. The tour left a marvelous impression. Only time was short. Since the fable wasn't working, we could have spent more time. Lunch was delicious too and the restaurant was very beautiful.

Recommended excursion - It was a very complete and interesting activity. After 3h of bus we arrived in Hierapolis where Erman explained his history with great professionalism. After that, we strolled through the travertine formations, very nice but crowded. The buffet food was very varied. After that we returned to the hotel.

Great experience - The experience has been very good. We were picked up at the hotel at the indicated time and, although the journey to Pamukkale is long it became very short and with a stop in between in a very comfortable car. Regarding the excursion, we loved it, both for the distribution of time and, of course, for everything visited and the history behind it. Special mention to Erman Uslu, our guide. It made everything very enjoyable and explaining everything in great detail as well as clear, noting his high knowledge about the history of the place and letting us also enjoy free time to take photos and so on.

Excellent Tour! - The Pamukkale tour was really well organized! Our guide Alpi was fantastic; very friendly, knowledgeable and available for all our needs. The van was comfortable and our driver was excellent. Pamukkale is a truly impressive place, a little bit chaotic during high season but worth visiting. At the end of our visit, we had a buffet lunch with various dishes. Highly recommended!

The memorabilia 😍 - We had Alperen as our guide. He's a fully informed and well experienced guide, speaks English perfectly well and very knowledgable in history. He's ready to help if any issues arise. I fully recommend him and this tour as it was a memorable one for my mum&I. The only thing I could add is that it would be ideal if more time is allocated for lunch as the place is also stunning hence it would have been nice if we had a bit of extra time to go around (we never get enough 😁)

A day in Pamukkale - The tour was a bit expensive, but overall it was good. The site itself fully lived up to our expectations. Lunch was buffet style – not the best in terms of quality, but it offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, which was nice. Our minibus driver drove very well, but the highest praise goes to our personal guide, Alpi: knowledgeable, friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful throughout the day (for him 5 points)!

Great guide tarnished by Onyx shop scam - Our guide Alperen was great with his directions, history lessons and overall demeanour, making the site tour and bus ride enjoyable. A previous review is correct in that it would have been helpful to know that the Cleopatra pools were closed (also seems they have been closed for some time) and this should have been advised prior to the tour so that visitors could opt out if they wished. The other note, which is the main reason for the average review is the Onyx shop. It wasn't listed in the itinerary, and perhaps this is because the organiser knows this shop is a scam. Unfortunately, we fell for this scam and paid greatly as a result. Not to mention another review being accurate in the staff literally stalking you in the store, which made for a creepy experience that we ended up ignoring, only to be had anyway by one of the nicer staff. If you do this tour, learn from our mistake: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE ONYX SHOP.
