Excellent experience - The views are amazing, the place is wonderful and seems straight out of a story.
Our guide Erman very attentive and nice, as well as the driver.
I would certainly repeat with this agency.

A lovely day trip to Pamukkale - A lovely day trip to Pamukkale! We were picked up from our hotel for the group tour with a coffee pit stop. We explored the Heiropolis grounds learning the history of the area and had ample time to walk the travertine pools. The lunch (great mezze and desserts at a scenic restaurant) was nice as well. Our guide, Ekim, was easy to contact before our trip and knowledgeable during the tour. Would recommend this tour to other groups coming to Izmir.

Great spot - The trip was great, the agency is very competent, and the guide who took us, Selim, was extremely friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.
The tour was definitely worth it, even though we went in winter. I recommend the agency, as they were attentive from the very first contact.
The restaurant after the tour was also very good, with high quality.
For those wondering whether to visit Izmir in winter, you can go ahead – Pamukkale will have fewer tourists, better prices, and emptier pools for spectacular photos.

Family friendly and accommodating - Gezenthi travel agency is really terrific. We are a group of family with seniors and a child. My daughter fell ill 2 days before our tour and the agency was very accommodative that we be picked up a little later from schedule.
Ekim our guide was very knowledgeable. He explained the historical background very well while keeping it engaging and enjoyable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Easy and effective way to settle Pamukalle in a Day - The hieropolis was breath taking.. Personally I enjoyed the Travertines(white crystals with warm water) they were truly breathtaking.. Our guide Asram made it so easy and efficient.. From all the details of the historical side to the itenary he briefed us well. The lunch was great too

He coordinated the pickup time properly and explained clearly how the trip will go and answered all of our questions. Loved it! Words cannot describe! - It was our first excursion of the new year and we could not have had a better one! Everything was well organized and our guide Alperren was simply the best. The way he delivered all information (historical , geographical and itinerary wise) was excellent and clear.
The ancient city is amazing as well as in better shape than Ephesus especially the Roman theatre!
The pure white travertines and pools of water awe inspiring.. we got to walk along the permitted area and got to take pictures with angel wings! 🪽 (for a fee) and the photos were worth it!
As archeological and restoration works are continuously ongoing in the ancient city, I would love to return in 10 years time and see how it will look.

Bring your bathing suit and enjoy this natural wonder. - I booked thistle tour through Viator for myself and my brother and his family. Despite not having a hotel when booking the agency tracked us down and accommodated picking us up at the hotel. Our tour guide Ermin was well informed professional and had a great personality which allowed us to enjoy the entire experience. I would highly recommend this tour and if you're a fortunate to have the same guide I guarantee you'll have a great time.
