Tour Guided tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel I recommend it!! - We had from Guia Juan Miguel Ortiz, and the visit was 3h q I explained it to us as if we were inside the time I loved his way of explaining we loved the tour the museum and the basilica has to look impressive!! I recommend and if you are lucky enough to go with the Roma.com company and the Juan Miguel guide you will love them

Unique experience - The experience was unique thanks to our Nati Guide, I think it was called. It was an exceptional tour, she made it very enjoyable, a great Pro that you can tell she loves her work. Recommended 1000%. If we come back someday we'll repeat for sure.

Booked two months before the first hour tour and a few days before I am informed that it has to be the fourth. - I booked the first hour tour two months ago and a few days earlier I was informed by email that it has to be the fourth. I arrived early at the meeting point, I see that they are passing to the other groups and I ask people when they have booked that they tell me that only a few days ago. Guide arrived on time but to enter we were in the sun waiting to finally get in at 11:25. The visit with crowds, looking for spaces for explanations and pushing to advance. Basic rule in a contract respect what has been agreed. Given this informality and lack of Pro ethics I advise you not to contract with this tour operator.

They don’t respect what was hired 2 months before, Pro ethics are lacking, I also see that there are groups hours before having hired a lot - Hire 2 months before the tour first thing. A week before they send me Mr. Diego an email informing me that they have to delay about two hours.
He arrived at the meeting point a few hours earlier and I see that there are several groups in Spanish that go by, I ask and what is my surprise that they have hired him a few weeks before. Guide arrives on time but since it is 11 am there is a lot of queue to enter. The visit with many people and a lot of difficulty.
People who fail to deliver cannot be trusted.

Zero empathy or understanding, with what tickets cost or even if something happens to you for health will help you, - Too bad, first there's a pco removed from the entrance door of the Vatican museum, so they start wasting their time.
Second, my 10-year-old daughter is stung by a bee, which can happen to anyone and I have to take her to the emergency room because she has an allergy, so they can put urbason before starting the tour.
I ask if I can change the tour for another day, since it is published every day, and with the money that costs three people they tell me no.. it is a health issue and 0 empathy or understanding. I spiked him 3 minutes before the tour started and we still went with my daughter badly to the meeting point.
Then I tell them to give me the tickets because for that, I give them to someone... since I had them paid... and I did.
Unfortunate company..

Disappointment with the guide - I really enjoyed this visit. The guide did her job, period, perfect. But I came away disappointed and feeling bad for different reasons. Dry treatment of the group, comments to break the ice or make fun out of place and also partly offensive. Little empathy to doubts or situations that arose during the tour, I return and repeat; distant treatment. And in the farewell more of the same, very cold and distant. You can tell when someone is passionate about their work, and when they are about to be or not at ease. The latter was what he conveyed and the guide. Too bad.
