Museum Made Easy - It was a wonderful and most memorable experience. Being able to skip the LONG line was so easy and made it worth every penny. The City Wonders coordinators were kind and efficient. The museum was amazing and I highly recommend it!

Splendid. All the artifacts, Paintings and sculptures of many masters in one place is a rare experience. - It's difficult to single out a treasure out of so many. However, my primary purpose was to see the astonishing ceiling frescos in Sistine Chappel specially that of Michelangelo, and I'm mesmerized.

City Wonders tour of Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica - "Amy from City Wonders was very knowledgeable and very funny. She was very personable to the attendees and knew how to pace her tour effectively. She had very interesting anecdotes and responded to questions in a timely manner. She had the difficult job keeping everyone together while navigating the Vatican with a million tourists around, but maintained her composure through it all. I normally am not one to do guided tours, but I would highly recommend her to anyone coming to Rome. "

Proceeded as planned with no additional effort. - Skip the line was fine. The group that actually met with us to give us instructions were acceptable, did nothing more than give us a ticket and tell us where to go to enter the museums. They kept it simple without too much additional effort, not particularly friendly, but adequate.

Awesome museum, not enough variety - There is some very interesting pieces in the museum, but it began to feel very repetitive. The museum took away from the spectacle of the Sistine Chapel, do the abridged route, if you can.

Disappointed but enjoyed what I saw - Not enough time to see everything and enjoy. Didn’t get to Sistine Chapel. Would have booked tours separately to see both . Book in morning to give yourself more time if mobility is your problem

Awful experience which utterly fails to respect the splendour of the sights. - Crowds awful. Booking system far too complicated involving 3rd party companies, situated nearby, who purport to have given you a ticket but is in fact a reservation for a ticket. Some lines may be skipped but waiting in line with successive checks and then being herded along like sheep was intolerable. Video guides treat you like children. This was over-tourism which needs to be managed and, if necessary restricted, much better.

Lower your expectations. - This wonderful museum is being operated so horribly. The massive number of people they let in make it so that you are like cattle being led to slaughter. No chance to stop and enjoy things. You have no choice where you go, just a seemingly endless series of hallways with no exit until the very end. And so hot in there.

TICKETS: No refund or exchange - Jesus is very forgiving. Unfortunately the Catholics and the Vatican are not. If you make a mistake or need to reschedule there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Make your reservations carefully.

Not good - We were not able to use these tickets. Our morning train into Rome was canceled which made our arrival into Rome later than expected. Then we tried to navigate to the meeting point given to us by Viator and it was the completely wrong location. We then called the tour operator who told us we had missed our meeting time and we could not go in. They also were not willing to reschedule us for a later time. Therefore due to the bad information and inflexibility of the tour company we lost almost $350 USD. Consequently we were able to rebook with another company (paying almost another $300 USD) who was easier to work with. We would ask that Viator kindly refund what we spent.
