A professional, efficient and well-directed visit - Liliana was an extraordinary, cultivated and very delicate guide. She showed us all facets DE the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum. Hyper interesting and fluid, despite a record crowd during the Jubilee 2025. Must do if you are visiting Rome!

Excellent visit to the Vatican - Marco the boy who was our guide as well as explaining the whole tour perfectly was watching everyone so that no one would be clued up, he came from Spain already with the contracted tour and if he had to come back he would hire a tour with you again

Absolutely stunning... - Absolutely stunning city/property. A must see. Had a hard time hearing the guide sometimes, but I attribute that to me constantly wandering a little further to take more photos.

Too crowded and watch for the upsell - First of all the Vatican is super crowded and well it is a guided tour. The tour does not have a lot of opportunity to point out a lot of things because we need to keep moving and moving so she just points to the right and points to the left. She was lovely, but again we didn’t get much out of that. Because promise when we checked in. The person behind the desk and announced that there was a problem with my reservation, and that proceeded to tell me that the problem was that I had not booked detour for the basilica as well. I explained to her that I did not want to book the tour with the guy for the basilica, but she told me she could fix my problem if I wanted to pay more. I told her again I was not interested. While we were waiting for Jorge to start, she walked out to me and looked at me and said they will not let you in the sistine chapel with your dress. I asked her what was wrong with it since it had sleeves and was at my knees, and she said it was still too short. I pointed on my friend had the same length and she said no Hertz was fine. I asked her if she was pointing that out because she conveniently was selling scarves in the office and she said no she just wanted to let me know that they would not let me in. Having been to Sistine Chapel before i’m knowing my office was completely appropriate. We did not buy the scarf and proceeded. Of course we were let into chapel and nobody have a question anything. This is not what we expect from the tour operator. Endlessly trying to upsell you something or make you feel bad is not want be treated.

Very disappointed - We booked our tour of Vatican, Sistine Chapel, & St. Peter’s Basilica Guided Tour on May 2, 2025 unfortunately the Pope had just passed and the Sistine Chapel was closed. Tour was not cancelled the tour was to be 2 hours ended up 4. We were told as we would not be seeing the Chapel we get more museums it was so boring and hot. We asked for a bathroom inside and told there was none unless an emergency and we said yes it is. Just 5 minutes down the hall was a bathroom for the public. Next we had to walk outside in the afternoon sun to get to St. Peter's asked how long told you have come this far not much longer. An hour later we finally got into the Basilica after standing in the heat and no where to sit. Only spent 10 minutes inside as we were exhausted. We were headed too a cruise the next day and spoke to people if they had booked tours of the Vatican and they explained they were taken to see the Pope who had just past to his grave and showed pictures. The other company had actually taken them downstairs in the Vatican and shown the all the ancient Pope Mobils. Not please we spent hours looking at extra rooms in the museum. Guide telling us no bathrooms, extra museum rooms standing for hours inside and out. Was not a pleasant experience at all.
