Under the Tuscan Sun - A lovely day exploring 2 beautiful Tuscan towns and 2 excellent wine tasting experiences. Alessandra was a terrific tour guide. The small bus was very comfortable. A perfect way to see the countryside without the stress of driving and parking.

Good Choice for Tuscany Day Trip - This was a great wine tour! It was just the right amount of time spent at each winery and city to give you the opportunity to experience and explore the culture and wine. We stopped at 2 wineries with tastings, and a store tour winery and tasting located in a beautiful city set on an hill where you had the choice to explore the city or take the store wine tour. We also stopped for lunch at a quaint city with a fabulous view and many restaurants to choose from. This trip allowed us to see a large area of Tuscany with beautiful country side and towns that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to see and enjoy. It was a perfect day trip that we highly recommend!

Amazing Tuscany Tour - This was an amazing tour! Our tour guide was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and lots of fun! She truly has a talent and I am amazed at her patience and having to translate into three different languages on this particular tour. We loved touring and exploring Pienza and Montepulciano. Highly recommend!

Scenic drive - Our guide Luca was very informative. The first winery we visited did not give us the attention we deserved. They took in another group and paid more attention to them. They left us with little time to visit the area. I would have liked to have 3 different tastings. Felt more like a senic drive.

Valeska was a good guide on this tour. - Although I quite enjoyed this tour, it wasn't the one I chose.
I had hoped to do the small group tour to Pienza and Montepulciano.
This was cancelled and I was offered the winery tour to Sangimignano and Montacito.

Not up to expectations - The towns and wine tasting experiences were good. The tour guides were friendly, informative and patient. However, the transport vehicle was substandard, with broken seat backs, and inadequate shocks which was especially problematic when we hit speed bumps. Returning down steep roads, mechanical noises (perhaps brake issues) made us nervous enough to fasten our seat belts.

No frills way to add more towns to your Tuscan Adventure - You get what you pay for. One wine tasting stop. Crackers were the “snack”. Would have preferred a family owned vineyard but the one we went to was larger and could accommodate 18 people better. Would have been nice to have something in hand about the stops we made since there wasn’t a guide with us while we were walking around. Pienza would have been ideal to have a cheese tasting. The shop we went into was not very accommodating and didn’t want to host the tourist by letting them taste the cheese at leisure.
The tour guide and bus driver were very nice and it was a great way to see two more towns in one day. Just a bit underwhelming in the delivery.

San Gimignano, Chianti and Montepulciano Day Trip from Siena - horrible experience, avoid this trip, not as advertised!! - As a loyal traveller on many previous successful Viator trips, we were extremely disappointed to have such a negative experience with Viator today. The trip that we booked advertised a Guided Tour with Multilingual Escorts. These services were not provided during our trip. Instead, a driver appeared late, and stated that he did not speak English . No guide nor translator accompanied him and he did not speak during the trip. We were provided with no information at all during this trip. He was unfamiliar with the locations and held his cell phone in front of his eyes on the steering wheel while driving in attempt to locate the returning point outside of the city of Siena.
