See all the sights - See all the major sights in Rome. There is not enough time to go into the attractions but you will be able to get pictures and see so much. Our driver Emanuele was amazing! Picked us up at the port and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this trip

Book with this company - Even though we had to cancel due to a health issue, my money was refunded and back in my a/c within 24 hrs with no problems. This is a company you can trust, and I did a lot of research, and they are the best priced, have the best tours and you know exactly what you will get. Do not be afraid to book with them. I checked that we visited because it would not let me submit unless i did.

Informative, Fun and. Stress Free - Our tour guide Luca was great, we had a large group with different languages and he did an amazing job making sure everyone had a good time. The best part was being able to see Rome without worry of traffic, time and directions. Thank you Luca!

Wonderful - This day was the best! We were a group of 5 and Emmanuel picked us up at the arranged time and our personal tour of the city began. Not only did we see the major places we set out to see but he also showed us some other hidden gems. We were back to our ship on time and were please with everything, thank you!

Highly stressful and frustrating - Driver was supposed to pick us up at the cruise ship for an English tour. Our ship arrived about 30 minutes behind schedule. Although we were among the first ones off the ship, there was no one waiting for us. Called Viator and they had someone pick us up and we ended up with a group that spoke no English. Because of the delay in getting on this non-English tour we were rushed all day and it was very frustrating and stressful. Our Sistine chapel tour (in English) was hard to understand and the crush of people made it very hard to enjoy. That wasn’t any fault of the tour but wow, if you don’t like feeling like a sardine in a can, find a way to beat the crowd. Because of our late start, we were stressed about getting back to the ship on time but our driver was a hero and took care of us. So, because of him I would give this 2 stars but the tour company should have waited for a few minutes when they saw our cruise ship was running a few minutes late. Rome was going to be our highlight. It turned out to be the worst.

Terrible experience. Unethical company selling a product they don't offer to get you to do a cheaper tour w/o refunds. - Terrible experience. I booked the small group tour with entrance to the Vatican. I communicated with the company and we agree the pick up time a day prior. After disembarkation I sent them a whatsapp mssge informing that I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. They told me my tour wouldn't go since I booked an old product and they didn't have tickets to the Vatican. I told her that nobody mentioned that the days prior to the tour and I was in contact with them. I was offer to do another tour without the Vatican, I accepted since at that point all tours were sold out. I requested to be refunded the extra $64 that I paid to access the Vatican with the skip the line access, and so far I haven't received it yet. I message them every day and everyday I get a different story. Please be aware and do not book with this company if you wanna avoid a headache.

Beware - Pre arrival it took days to get an answer to a simple question - how will we know if trip cancelled due to operator having insufficient bookings? Answer: day of by phone or email. Good luck if don't travel with their method of contact. The pick up went smoothly however " they had to fill the van" before we could go. Turns out folks from our ship with no reservation joined and paid half of our price. Then the driver - " an expert historian" would drop us near a site give basic hand directions, with no info on the history, and want us all back. If not for Google maps and search important info and sites would not have been seen. For example at one stop the Roman forum was less than .3 miles yet have no clue it was there. Later as we passed the area he noted just that it was a political area on way to colloseum. Driver did not really understand English so had to use Google translate. There was no active narration of the visit. Driver should have known that access to Vatican and Basilica was restricted on Wednesday due to papal events but took us there first when access was mist restricted. Driver implied that all participants had to eat lunch in the same place so tour could continue on time however for each stop we were on our own with responsibility to return at designated time. As a group we did get driver to relinquish the one restaurant idea but he was reluctant. During the tour due to disappointment I wrote to the contact info provided by Cruising Rome only to find they directed you to another vendors website and support. I had multiple contacts with this agency - who were professional - only to find they were not the agency. I immediately sent complaint to Viator with a copy of all correspondence to the first agency. It has been several days and no clear resolution. I did get a response requesting the reasons for a partial refund request to which I resent all the correspondence indicating why and trip not as promised. If this is a sample of the quality Viator! TripAdvisor tours then we will be hesitant to select again.We only booked one of three tours through TripAdvisor and are thankful we used alternative agents.
