Tour I Love Rome - Unforgettable tour. I bought a ticket for the day, through TripAdvisor. Very organized, individual speakers in several languages, including Portuguese. Solicit employees, including on the street. During the journey to the tourist spot, there are many staff who help when necessary to give information. The stops are a few blocks from the tourist spot, you walk a lot, but it is very quiet.

Great ride and stop 5 is a treasure - Great way to get around Rome. We bought the 72 hrs pass because we were there 3 nights. Stop 5 is a great stop to see the Spanish Steps although it is not designated on the map. Very short walk from there to the Steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. Stop 5 is the bomb. The Hop On is also a great and cheap way to get back and forth to the Vatican.

Great panoramic tour - Great panoramic tour, you can see all the best attractions of Rome. These days there is not much traffic and buses are not slow to pass. Recommended if you want to see the city without walking several hours in the sun!

Thanks to Eternal city (booking agency)!! - Very professional booking agency, we had booked 48 hours from a Sunday but we could only start the double decker bus tour on Monday, unfortunately our tickets had disappeared from the Tripadvisor app, impossible to get on the bus. After several telephone contacts in French and on Wathsapp, the employee sent us the tickets and unlocked the situation by phone with the bus controller, really delighted to have booked with this agency!! A very big thank you to them!

Just OK - These buses are basic, but dependable. It was nice being able to have this option, but we didn't really use it much. We hopped on after touring the Colosseum and again the next day for a little bit. We thought the bus stops were hard to find and the app is garbage (does not track the bus), but we just asked around a little and found where we needed to go. I also thought there should be more stops.

Not enough buses for the... - Not enough buses for the people taking the bus tours. Had to wait at several stops. Your staff at some of the stops could use some education in handling the crowds waiting for the buses.

Caution. - Misleading information. They claim the buses run until 8 pm but they really stop around 6:30. Wherever you are that is where you have to get off. Many of us were trying to get to the stops closest to where we were staying but at 6:30 it arrived at the transit stop and everyone had to get off there as they claimed it was the end. We had to walk 3 miles to get back after a long day.

The tour is fine, booking beforehand made it miserable. Don't do it. - The City Tour bus tour was as expected, once we able to use it. The problem that we had is the transfer of tickets from Trip Advisor, the representative in Rome (some random person name Walid), and the personnel on the actual tour bus. The whole thing felt shady. Trip Advisor sends you a voucher for the tour that is useless to City Tour, they don't use it. Walid sent me a fuzzy picture of some physical tickets for the tour through WhatsApp the day of the tour with instructions to present them to the tour bus operator. The tour bus operator had no idea what the heck was going on. He is required to collect physical tickets. He eventually went through a 20 minute process that ended with me getting some physical tickets which are needed to ride the bus. A less kind operator would have just kicked us off the tour. Make it easy on yourself. Just get tickets when you are there. This is not a tour that sells out. I will never pre-book for a hop on/ off tour again.

Very bad - They advertise bus every 10 minutes, but in reality it’s every 40 minutes. When the bus comes it was too full. Use another company
