Early morning success with transfer from hotel to Airport - 3:45am water taxi from hotel to main terminal then shuttled to airport for flight. Everyone was on time and positive. Thx

Easy airport transfer - Really convenient transfer from Marco Polo, a lovely way to travel into Venice, wonderful views of Venice and a brilliant start to our break.

Nice - This was a great option for us. The directions on where to go were excellent and the communication was very good with text updates. The boat was on time and the van to the terminal was waiting. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Pleasant company - For some reason they had the wrong pick up date. I called them and they were very accommodating. Easy to work with, pleasant company.

Did great with our 8! - The ease of our transfer left all 8 of us speechless! We were picked up at our agreed upon “jetty”, driven to the drop off at the Marco Polo Airport and once there we were met by two wonderful men who transferred our luggage to vans and drove us to the airport. I would highly recommend this.

Great transfer from Venice city center to the Airport. - They contacted me the day before to re-confirm and everything went like clockwork. Easiest transfer ever.

Far outstretched my expectations, this was due to the poor reviews. - No problems at all, quite superb, I am impressed, and that takes a lot. The reviews was not kind, myself and my oarty was very impressed

Ultimately excellent but it took time gettting there - We had to be in Marco Polo Airport, Venice, Italy, early so we could not chance it taking Alilaguna or other communal boat transport. We were staying in San Marco so we had no choice between a private water taxi or public one. Everything started out fine but they gave me directions in nautical terms. With the help of Viator Support I was able to get it down to a specific direction but after that the provider would not communicate with me on the App which was real disappointing. Viator Support did contact the provider who said he would contact me the day before the pick up. As the time approached I again tried to contact the provider through the App which was not responded to. So the day before came and it was not until the afternoon before that he contacted me needing further info on the pick up. This was after he sent us a specific pickup location. My wfie interceded as she is more tech savy than me and they were able to come up with a different pick up location nearby at the San Marco Pier. She sent him a pic of that location and the provider said fine. The next day we got there early and the private water taxi came early too and all went well. It was only about 24 mnutes to get to the Aiport. The Driver did an excellent job and but for the lack of communication I would say this was a superb experience. And the price was excellent too. So with that in mind I gave them four stars and would recommend them to anyone. We also did call on the phone and I recommend this as it worked out a lot better when push came to shove. So I thank them.
