False Advertising - We booked this tour to start at 9:00, before it would get a lot hotter in the afternoon that day. We arrived on time but were told there were no tickets to actually get into the sites included in the tour at that time. They offered us alternative times to go to the individual sites in the late afternoon and next day, none of which fit our schedule. The 9:00 tour ticket I purchased online was falsely advertised because nothing was available at that time. We received a refund, but that's still not good enough. Had we known the vendor didn't have the times available to get into the sites they advertised as part of the tour, we could have booked a different tour that was actually legitimate rather than fly around the world to get to Rome only to have our day spoiled. I'll never buy from Viator again. Ever.
