Round-Trip from Civitavecchia with City Tour of Rome - We were docking in Civitavecchia for one day during our cruise and booked a round-trip transfer and city tour with Rome Airport Transportation. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Our driver picked us up on time from the port with a luxurious, air-conditioned vehicle. We toured all the main attractions of Rome — the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican, and more — all with comfortable stops and time to walk around. Our driver was not only a great professional, but also acted like a guide, sharing interesting facts about each site. At the end of the day, he brought us back to the port with time to spare. It was the perfect way to see Rome in one day!

Rome Limo Service - Very easy to deal with considering we were in Canada and they were in Italy. Sent emails back and forth and responses were quick and driver was right on time when we landed in Rome and took us to our hotel. 2 days later driver was at hotel to take us to cruise port and drop us off. Prior to our return we confirmed pickup time and spot and again driver was waiting for us to take us back to hotel. 2 days later after confirmation driver was at hotel to,pick us up and take us back to airport for trip back to Canada. Cars were very clean and drivers efficient. Highly recommend if you need this service in Rome area. Grazie for your excellent service.

Reliable service - The driver was already outside the port terminal ahead of schedule which is very good because I had an early flight to catch. He was showing a clear and very visible signage of my name using a tablet so it can easily be seen from inside the terminal and made it very easy for me to find him. He was decently dressed and the Mercedes-Benz car was also very clean.

Overcharged - Your company charged us $245 US dollars. I found out from our hotel, that they could have provided a transfer from cryuse terminal to Rome for $145 US dollars. Meaning, Viator overcharged US by $100. That is ridiculous.

A Horrible experience - A HORRIBLE experience. When we booked this, we asked for a large car as we had 2 suitcases and my father's walker. The car that came fit everything tightly. The driver was less than friendly and threw a sissy fit when I tried to show him how to make things fit. The drive was in silence as he talked on the phone the 50 minute drive. I will never use this company, nor will I EVER recommend it to anyone. I would have rather taken a taxi!
