• Castellina In Chianti - The initial stop will be near Castellina in Chianti, where visitors will have the chance to explore a genuine family-operated dairy farm. Here, cheeses are crafted using traditional methods, reminiscent of bygone eras. Guests can observe the artisanal process firsthand and enjoy tastings of these authentic Tuscan delicacies.

After experiencing the cheese-making process and learning about the different varieties, guests will have the opportunity to relish a delightful aperitivo featuring various exceptional pecorino cheeses. • San Donato In Poggio - The second stop will be at a historic winery in Chianti Classico, celebrated for the excellence of its wines. The visit begins with an introduction to the winery and its wines. There, in front of aperitifs, you will taste the renowned classic wines of Chianti, from Chianti Gallo Nero to Chianti Riserva, the Super Tuscan, and some white wines of Tuscany.

An incredible and complete experience awaits as you savor two of Tuscany’s finest products: Chianti wine and Pecorino cheese.

Additionally, a full lunch will be provided, featuring three delicious courses, expertly paired with eight different wines, along with tastings of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
