Absolutely Amazing! Very happy with decision to book! - My husband and our friends travelling Italy from Canada on a royal Caribbean cruise so total of 4 people. We decided to book a private tour instead of booking with Royal Caribbean. I get people might be concerned not booking with the cruise however this was one of my best experiences I have booked. We did not have to pile on a bus with 40 other people. Booking with Josef was so easy. He responded to all my questions and concerns and made me feel so comfortable that we made the right decision. Our driver was Guiseppe and hands down a fantastic driver. He was early to pick us up so we did not have to wait. He messaged on What’s app to help us find him amongst the other drivers. We drove out to Ravello where we had an hour to wonder. Giuseppe told us the highlights and showed us on the map to make most of our time well spent. We then went to Amalfi same told us the bonuses of that town. He surprised us with a restaurant for lunch in Positano that had fantastic food and overlooked the town and ocean. We stopped randomly so we could get the best photo for our memories. He also surprised us with a tour of the limoncello factory and gave us a tour where we got to sample some limoncello and of course we purchased some. We then travelled to Pompeii where they arranged a private tour for 2 hours learning the fascinating history. Our guide was informative personally and really took the time to make sure we new the amazing history of Pompeii. If you are ever in this area on a cruise by far worth every penny to book with Josef and if you are lucky to get Giuseppe as your driver you will not be disappointed. We arrived back with penalty of time to get back on the boat. Memories that will last forever with us. Thank you Josef and Giuseppe! So professional.

Almalfi coast. - Excellent tour through the Almalfi coast. Guiseppi was very attentive to my wife who had difficulty walking. Stopped for photo opportunities. He picked out a great winery to visit. Highly recommended to use him.

The perfect day for our family - Marco was a great guide. He was so knowledgeable about the area and created a perfect, customized day where we explored Sorrento, made pizza and had an amazing tour of Pompeii. Everything was on time, and created to fit our needs. I’d highly recommend Marco.

Highly recommended tour - I selected the Amalfi customized 8 hour tour. We went to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi Coast drive. Had lunch at La Tagliatte restaurant which was also amazing. Highly recommended tour, the drivers were amazing and very professional.

The BEST EVER!!! - Giuseppe was extremely professional, nice, and caring. We had the best day ever. We love this company. Josef went above and beyond to book a last minute ride for us to the train and helped us navigate through a precarious situation. We love them. Please use this company they are the best ever.

Absolutely bad experience! - We had a private tour of Naples and the Amalfi coast booked for September 13, 2024 with another tour operator through Viator. We booked this tour over a month ago, but the tour operator canceled the tour without any explanation two days before the date. This put us a bad predicament, because the private tour was also supposed to take us to our Viator booked 2-hour authentic Neapolitan pizza making class. I called Viator, obviously unhappy that this tour operator, canceled the tour on what is turning out to be a very busy tour operating date. The rep with Viacom tried to book us a replacement private tour with the understanding that it needed to be flexible/customizable like the initial tour. This is when Viacom booked us with Josef of Amalfi Driver. I received a message from Josef on September 11, 2024 inquiring about our itinerary. I emphatically stated that the most important item was that we had the authentic Neapolitan pizza making class from 11am - 1pm and that we would like to work Positano, Amalfi, and Furore in the tour to take photos. I also informed him that my wife was disabled and would be bringing a foldable wheelchair or foldable walker. I NEVER said that my wife would be walking around at any of these places. After I thought that I made it quite clear, Josef was still message late into the night of September 11, 2024 into well after midnight of September 12, 2024. His last message made it apparent that he did not thoroughly read or comprehend my earlier message. He mentioned about spending an hour for lunch in Naples at an authentic pizzeria or we could go to the one that I mention in the touristy section of Naples. He missed the point t hat it was a pizza making CLASS. He then tried to talk us out of going to Positano and Furore, because these are "vertical cities" and not accessible by wheelchair. Again, I never said that my wife would be accessing these cities when I take photos. I stopped responding to Josef after midnight, because my wife and I had an early full-day tour of Rome the morning of September 12, 2024 (we are on a cruise ship). After the tour, I checked the emails on my phone and was advised at 2:52pm on September 12, 2024 that Josef canceled the tour because I didn't respond to his message sent after midnight. Again, he was not paying attention to what I wrote in my initial message to him and there was no urgency. The tour was already paid and I was within the 24-hour no refund booking time. He could have waited until I returned from our Rome private tour to receive a response. The booking was already confirmed. Now we will be in port on September 13, 2024 with no available private tours in Naples and within the 24-hour no refund period for the pizza making class. Josef also replied that since I didn't respond, he had other last-minute request for tours for which he was trying to take care. Again, the tour was already paid and I could not cancel. Where does he lose?? When I advised Josef that this was unacceptable and that I was going to write a review reflecting such, he was only concerned by his misperceived notion that I was trying to "...hurt his business." This is not the way to do business. I have already filed a complaint with Viator.
