Positano by Night Tour - We did the Positano by night tour on 4th Sept. It was amazing. It’s the best way to see Positano. It’s a lot quieter than during the day and it looks so beautiful at night. Our driver Nello was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic he made it a magical night.

Great tour - Driver Nello was great and full of interesting stories and tales. We stopped for photos on way and Nello was happy to take some of us. Really easy way to see Positano.

Not as advertised - Drivers were great. The product is not as advertised. There is no stop for scenic photo There is no drive to amalfi coast It’s purely a taxi service from sorrento to positano and leisure Time The owner should remove the reference of amalfi coast and other items and purely list it as pick up and drop off from sorrento to positano

Time - Our driver was not very nice. The tour was suppose to be for 4 hours and we were gone for 6.5. The driver dropped us at a garage and said he would be back at 11. Plan to be gone much longer than expected if you are on a full schedule like we were.

2024 Booklets 100 Days into 2025 and I’m the Idiot? - As of April, 2025, the tour books available are still from 2024, which listed a 3 hour time to ourselves in Positano. We were picked up alone at 5:15 PM, had a great driver, David, the only good part of the trip, and dropped in Positano just after 6:00 PM. David told us to meet back where we were and that we would likely not see him, but a colleague, nothing else. Because we expected a 3 hour visit, we were back just before 9:00 PM, waited for a while, and then called. I was told the shuttle would be picking us up at 10. Everything was closing, it was cold, and we had at least 30-45 minutes of a drive back home so chose instead to get a €120 taxi (fine), and then got a call back at 9:15 PM saying a driver could be there in 30 minutes (9:45), but we were already in the taxi. Great taxi, got us back to the hotel before we would have been picked up by this company… I went in the morning to simply ask for half of our trip to be refunded, you know, since we only used the half that took us TO Positano? The employees seemed to understand and could see where we believed 3 hours was how long we had to stay, took us to “the boss,” a woman who argued with me, barely let us speak, raised her voice, told me the 2025 booklets “were printing (I checked all around, nothing but 2024 books around the office at the Sorrento station), called someone “at the tour provider” and then told Us it was “our choice” to not wait an extra hour in a town with nothing open, at night, in the cold, and so we didn’t deserve and would not be getting a refund. Horrible service, horrible company, extremely rude and treated me as though I was in the wrong, I was a liar, and that only going off of the information in the 2024 booklet that was available made me stupid. This is the first 1 star review I have ever left on anything but I can’t think of a place that deserves it more!
