Beautiful Dolomites with wonderful guide - Chialla was a wonderful guide. She was fun and energetic. It was a long tour, but the Dolomites were beautiful. Be sure to bring anti-nausea meds if you get motion sickness.

A great Day in Dolomites - The guide (Chiara) was amazing, gave us a lot of information during the bus hours to Dolomites. Show to us a great restaurante on Sass Pordois and gave us a time to explore during our stops.

Great experience! - Dolomites was our favourite part. The bus ride felt long with a toddler, otherwise with the stops it felt quite insightful and comfortable throughout.

An experience not to be missed. - It was a beautiful trip, the tour guide was very helpful and I would definitely recommend it. Also, the cable car gave us the opportunity for a panoramic view.

A great way to see this beautiful region! - Learning about the region on the drive was fascinating, and the stops were well-planned. The highlight was riding the cable car to the mountain top from Pordoi - spectacular views! The bus driver navigated the winding roads well- though it was a challenge at times.

Lots of bus time, little information. - There is a lot of bus time on this tour. You go by taxi/ minibus early from Verona to Affi and wait at a gas station for the big bus, which arrived in 15 mins. Breakfast stop at 9am for 45 mins in a cute town. Cash paid to the guide for gondola ticket to lookout- which was spectacular. You are left for 2 hours to explore once at the base of the lookout. You need to find out your own information about the surroundings as no info or map given by the guide. We had lunch up at the top, good veggie soup for 8 Euro. Only one place was mentioned by the guide for lunch near the bus but we thought the restaurant at the top was good food for reasonable price and what a view! Lucky to have a sunny day. It’s a very winding road to the lookout destination and hazardous for the buses due to the cyclists. Ortisei was our stop on the way back for 45 mins. Gorgeous little town but no info about the town by given apart from incorrect directions to the church and the museum. Coming home, the bus was extremely hot and uncomfortable, aircon not working effectively. Many people raised the issue with the guide but no improvement. Take cash for the gondola to the lookout- 23.90 per person. You pay for all meals, snacks, water. Informative information along the way was missing big time. Guide could not answer our question of where the snow line is in winter in one of the first towns visited, appeared to have little knowledge apart from telling us regularly that the bus driver has to stop every 2 hours.

Check weather before booking - The listing seemed great and I wish we got to follow that itinerary. However be aware that weather conditions can completely alter the itinerary. We did not get to see anything on the listing due to weather conditions. The day we went was foggy and rainy. It was snowing on the route we were supposed to take so the itinerary was altered. The tour guide tried to make the most of it, but it was disappointing. Our tour finished 2 hours early. Drop off and pick up was a little confusing. Transportation was provided it was just confusing and not as listed. Taxis took us to and from the bus meeting point (not in Verona) and communication from transportation was not clear. I’m sure it is a great tour, just pay close attention to weather.

A very bad day trip - We took a day tour from Verona to the Dolomites. Weather was bad on the day of the tour, that I can get, but instead of a small group of 7 as it's written when you make the reservationn, we were on a packed bus of about 50 people in the group. A taxi picked us from Verona in the morning and left us in a gas station without any explanation (we waited for the bus that came with more people from elsewhere appearantly). Afterwards, we stopped in a town for breakfast in a caffe who could'nt fit all of us, so my 80 year old mother and I waited in an almost empty center (had only a delli and wool shop there) for 40 minutes till they opened the bus doors again. Then, on the ride we were told it's snowy so we wo'nt get to the sites that were planed, including Ortisei. Istead we made 1 quick stop at a waterfall and then went to see a lake, which was nice, but was no subtitute for strolling in Ortisei or having a proper place for luch - the site had a small resturant with only few tables who coud'nt fit us all (again) and 1 gift shop. Afterwads we were heading home, 2 hours early, droped at same gas station to wait for the taxi back to Verona we were told was waiting for us, only to find out that the guys who were taking care of it were surprised to find out we were already there, so we had to wait some more. All in all we spent the day in a packed bus. Deffinitely not worth the money!
