Experience to do and to give as a gift. - Pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of the expert Linda, who made sure to put us guests at ease, thus managing to create a welcoming atmosphere for the entire duration of the experience. Her passion came through with determination and love!!! I recommend the experience as it turns out to be complete: viewing the museum that tells the history of the family and the tools used, and then moving on to viewing the wheels in the aging room. The explanation was clear and very engaging! The best parts were obviously the practical ones: the cheese tasting where you learn a lot of new things and the creation of your own caciottine to take home. It is impossible not to stop for an aperitif as well, where the cheeses are accompanied by some super cold cuts! Excellent experience all around! And the place full of people denotes its qualities.

Wonderful experience. - They gave us an experience of visiting, tasting, and creating our own flavored caciotte cheeses. An experience that I would define as wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by how they presented the history, the curiosities, and the processes with passion and extreme professionalism and competence. Linda followed us and accompanied us on this experience in a beautiful way, making us live the whole journey and even the creation of our caciotta with emotion and fun. The place is very well-kept and all the dishes that we then stopped to taste were very tasty and delicious. They certainly won us over and brought us closer to the world of cheese

Great fun - do it - you’ll love it - Super knowledgeable and friendly host. Really proud of what they have achieved. Informative Tour which was hugely enjoyable. I think we overrun by half an hour but we were having such a good time

Passion and joy!! - Highly recommended experience!! Linda was a fantastic guide, very prepared and fun!! She managed to convey the passion and hard work that are behind all the activity... excellent tasting of some of their cheeses perfectly matched with local wines! All right!!!

Top cheeses! - Excellent experience at Premiata Latteria Perenzin! A really interesting guided tour, which tells with passion the story of a family and a centuries-old dairy tradition. The guide was engaging and prepared, able to clearly explain every stage of milk and cheese processing. The tasting was extraordinary: cheeses of exceptional quality, from fresh to more mature, all with authentic and well-recognizable flavors, accompanied by excellent local wines. Each pairing has been carefully detailed and explained competently, making the experience complete and very pleasant. Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and impeccable organization. You can feel the passion and love for work in every gesture. I absolutely recommend the visit: a perfect meeting between taste, tradition and culture of the territory!

Experience to do. - I gave away the "Master refiner" experience and could not make a better choice. Linda very good and communicative of her passion for work. Activities included very nice and interesting. I highly recommend the experience.
