Situated in the tranquil town of Marcon, nestled between Venice and the beaches of Jesolo and Cavallino, this experience allows participants to explore the authentic flavors of Italy in a warm, home-style environment away from the bustling crowds.
The class begins with the preparation of a classic tiramisu, made first so it can chill while other dishes are being cooked. Participants will then delve into the art of crafting fresh handmade pasta, including a filled variety such as ravioli or tortelloni, using seasonal ingredients and natural coloring when available. Additionally, two complementary sauces will be made from scratch.
Participants will also prepare a delicious oven-baked sea bream (orata) in true Mediterranean style, with a vegetarian option available upon request.
After cooking, everyone will enjoy a full 4-course dinner featuring their creations, accompanied by local wine, soft drinks, a fresh espresso, and a touch of grappa to conclude the meal.
