In just thirty minutes, discover the wine-growing area’s rich history, its vineyards, cultivation, and winemaking techniques, all presented in our museum rooms equipped with captivating multimedia technology.
In a brief ten-minute session, learn about the distinct aromas and fragrances that define the bouquet of Vernaccia di San Gimignano in our dedicated perfume and spice room.
Sample six local wines to understand the diverse expressions of four Vernacce (two vintage Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and two Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva), a local red “San Gimignano DOC” in its various forms, and a San Gimignano Vin Santo.

In our well-appointed, cozy tasting room, we will showcase and offer a tasting of six wines along with their combinations. Despite social distancing and safety measures, our guests can still revel in a warm, one-of-a-kind experience! Fret not if you have specific diets or intolerances, we do cater to the majority of dietary needs with advanced notice in the ‘notes’ field upon booking. The cost of the tasting covers all aspects: the wine tasting, water, and food accompaniments. Please note, our facility in Rocca di Montestaffoli does not offer bar services (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, prepackaged foods, etc.). Children are welcome to join in the tasting events - our team will curate a range of culinary delights for them at a price of € 10 per child. Please note, due to legal constraints, we are unable to serve alcohol to minors.
