Our COOKING SCHOOL is nestled within a MEDIEVAL TOWER dating back to the 1200s, just a short distance from Brunelleschi’s Dome. Here, you will immerse yourself in the atmosphere and history of Dante Alighieri, the father of the Italian language, as the tower was once owned by his wife’s family.
Our team consists of genuine chefs with extensive experience in top Italian kitchens.
From FLOUR to RAGÙ, we will create authentic Italian pasta from scratch, just as it was done during the era of the Medici family, the Renaissance patrons. We will choose the finest seasonal vegetables and the best products that Italy has to offer.
WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA, including RAVIOLI, TORTELLI, and PAPPARDELLE. Simultaneously, the Chef will craft complementary sauces such as butter and sage, arrabbiata, and traditional Tuscan ragù.
No need to bring anything, as all equipment will be provided by us. At the end, we will enjoy everything we have prepared together.
