Best Pasta Class Ever! - Andre was the most spectacular chef and host. We had the best time. This was the highlight of our time in Florence! We would 100% recommend this experience. Hope to see you again in NY!

Fabulous fun, exceptional food and wine, professional but cool tutors, essentially brilliant! - We walked past the kitchen on our way back from a restaurant in the same neighbourhood and met one of the chefs and the sommelier outside after a class that evening. The school looked very stylish and the guys were great fun, so we signed up for a class the next evening (very lucky for us there were just two places remaining). The small class size (10 in total) meant that this was a very personal and interactive experience, with plenty of attention from our brilliant chef and sommelier. The food was absolutely exquisite and the very high end wines perfectly matched to each of the three different recipes. We learnt a huge amount about wine pairings and also how to make incredibly good (if I say so myself) egg pasta by hand. The class was over 3 hours long and this along with the quality of the teaching and the food / wine makes this incredibly good value. Probably my favourite few hours in Florence and a new skill brought home, which we have already put to good use in a lasagne (we made the pasta sheets). I can't recommend this highly enough. If you are lucky enough to find places, don't hesitate.

Friendly, Insightful, and TASTY - The instructor, Marco, was amazing! He makes you feel so comfortable and will not hesitate to assist you! And of course, his cooking is AMAZING. Best pasta I had in Florence — and I made it myself (with Marco’s help)! The wine tasting with wine enthusiast, Georgia, was also very insightful. She is always open to answering questions about wine pairings. I would definitely recommend this pasta class to visitors. It is a great experience for friends and family!

Best experience in Italy and an amazing meal - OMG, I cannot recommend this class enough! I took this class with my husband, sister, and brother in law our first night in Florence. We all had an amazing time and the food was the best meal I have had while in Italy. Including us there were 9 people in the class. We made 3 different types of pasta with Marco as our chef. He did a wonderful job teaching us and was very personable. He answered all of our questions and really seemed to enjoy teaching the class as much as we enjoyed being there! We watched him prepared 3 different sauces while the sommelier, Georgia, educated us on the wines that were paired with each dish. The evening concluded with a delicious dessert as well, so be sure to come to this class hungry! We got to keep our aprons, Marco shared some suggestions of other places to visit while in Florence, and the recipes from that class will be emailed to us to try at home. We can’t wait to go home and make pasta with the kids!

A great pasta making experience! - My husband and I did the pasta making with wine pairing class with chef Davide and sommelier Georgia. I wasn’t sure what to expect when booking but we truly had a wonderful experience. The hands on pasta making experience was very helpful. The food and wine pairings were both delicious! The team was professional and well educated but also created a very fun environment. I would definitely recommend this experience!

The best meal and experience! - The best experience and meal of our whole trip! We got to make three different pastas and had wine flowing the entire night! It was the perfect balance of fun and education and the food was phenomenal. Thank you Marco and Filippo!

Florence Highlight - My husband suggested a pasta class, and having made pasta before, I brushed off the idea. Then found this class and it was the absolute highlight of our trip to Italy! The instructors were fun and knowledgeable, the wine was flowing, the food turned out AMAZING, and the group was fun as a whole! Money well spent!

A Must Do in Florence! - Absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish this is incredibly well done. Marco was an outstanding chef and teacher. It was a very hands on and informative lesson followed by tasting amazing food and perfectly paired wine. We learned so much during the tour and had an amazing time!

Fabulous evening - My son and I loved the class. It was instructive without pandering and full of helpful tips while remaining fundamentally lighthearted. The wine flowed, the food was delicious, our fellow guests were super nice, and we left with a list of all the best insider spots to dine, drink, and shop in Florence. We also asked Filipo, the sommelier, for a private vineyard tour and dinner, which I took with my husband the following week and which was equally terrific!
