Participant Requirements: This is a shared tour. We limit the group to a maximum of 2/3 bookings to ensure comfort for everyone. If you do not feel confident on a bicycle, contact us before booking to avoid inconvenience during the tour.

eBike Tour: Explore Cortona on an eBike, traversing cobbled streets and historic routes, discovering hidden gems and breathtaking views inspired by the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun.”

Riding Comfort: Our eBikes offer powerful assistance, allowing you to enjoy the Tuscan countryside without the physical effort of a traditional bicycle. The tour is 3 hours long, about 12/14 km (9 miles) with a 300 m (900 feet) elevation change, which we always adapt based on our guests.

Other Destinations: Tours also available in the Val di Chiana, towards Montepulciano, and in Pienza.

Highly recommended - We really enjoyed this tour. The guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. The bikes were great quality. We visited some interesting places and enjoyed the cycling in between. Suitable for anyone who can ride a bike, regardless of level.

Must do! - A fun way to explore a different side of Cortona. E-bikes are easy to ride & you’ll get plenty of great views. A hidden monastery, a beautiful church, some great views & a visit to the Snoopy Gelateria in town was worth every minute. It’s about 3 hours & I hope you get Alessio & Mario as your tour guides. They were great! Fantastico!

Great e-bike tour in Cortona - Valentin was a perfect guide. Careful with instructions first and making sure everyone was comfortable and aware of each group member during the entire tour. His knowledge of the sites and area made for an excellent tour!

Best way to see Cortona! - Hands down, this was the best part of our visit to Cortona! The e-bikes are clearly explained (I have only used twice before and my husband never) and are just such a game changer allowing you to explore places that would never have been possible without the ability of an elite cyclist. Our guide was amazingly informative and very personable and (thankfully!) spoke English very well. We came away with so much historic information — I simply didn’t expect that! Highly recommend!

Epic day with Epic Bike - The day could not have been better! Roberto was a fantastic guide with great knowledge of the history of Cortana, as well as the geography and the development of the area over hundreds and hundreds of years. He took us to see places that if we went on our own would have not been close to the same experience. The bikes were also excellent. Very highly recommend.

Cortona Epic Bike Tours - Epic bike tours was an awesome way to see beautiful Cortona and the surrounding area. Valentin was an exceptional guide and his bikes top class. He organised a personalised tour for us away from the crowds and traffic, knowing that Cortona was extremely busy the day of our tour. Valentin is a local to the area and was very passionate about showing us the beautiful countryside and explaining the history of the area. Ten out of 10 Valentin 🙌🏼

Truly amazing experience - Our E-bike tour with Valentin was my favorite part of our 2 week trip through Italy. I had never been on an E-bike and Valentin was so helpful and patient with teaching me the ropes. Once we got going, he showed us so many beautiful sites and he knows so much history around Cortona. We ran into him the next day in Cortona and he remembered all our names. He is an amazing person and guide. Anyone traveling to the Cortona area needs to book this ride with him. It was truly magical.

Great fun despite the rain! - Roberto was so much fun!!! Just the right blend of sightseeing and learning about Cortona. He made me feel completely at ease on the bike, and the “turbo” power for the uphill climbs made it super easy! It was a fantastico day despite the rain and chilly temps. He made the day extra special with a wonderful coffee at the end!
