During the journey, led by an expert naturalist guide, participants will learn to identify and appreciate the aromatic herbs that thrive in this region: Nepitella, Marjoram, and Shrub Thyme, which are essential ingredients in crafting artisanal bitters.

Upon returning to Casa Nepeta, delve into the core of our workshop: discover the methods of harvesting, processing, and transforming these herbs into liqueurs, following a production process that marries tradition with craftsmanship.
