• Via Principe di Villafranca, 6 - Enjoy a private table in an elegantly designed wine bar where five local wines from across Sicily will be sampled. Participants will learn essential wine tasting techniques and explore the diverse grapes and styles found in Sicily. Alongside the specific wines tasted, there will be discussions on various food pairings that complement each wine. A selection of delicious toasted bread, homemade dips, olives, and our own extra virgin olive oil will accompany the wine tasting. There will also be an opportunity to purchase any preferred wines, allowing the enjoyment to continue whether traveling to new destinations or relaxing while watching the sunset from a beautiful rooftop terrace.

With a local certified sommelier, you’ll be met at a lovely wine bar in an affluent part of Palermo, nestled in between the Politeama Theatre and the chic Via Liberta. Here, we’ll sit at a tasting table and sample 5 local wines from small Sicilian vineyards. We’ll talk about the wines in detail and also sample some authentic and delicious local food. Informative but certainly not stuffy, this is a wine and food tasting experience for those who want to learn about Sicilian wine whilst having a great time doing so.
