Visitors will observe all stages of production for some of the most renowned cheeses, learning how milk is transformed into delectable products. The tour will cover all major production areas, including the warehouse where thousands of cheese wheels are stored. Participants will be provided with special protective gear to ensure adherence to sanitary standards (coats, shoe covers, cap, and mask). After the tour, guests can unwind in the spacious and airy tasting room, sampling various types of cheese paired with a fine glass of wine (choosing between white or red is up to the guest).
