You will learn to create the dough using flour and numerous egg yolks, achieving a smooth and elastic consistency. After rolling the dough into a thin sheet, you’ll be taught how to cut it finely to produce the characteristic tajarin. During this process, you’ll also pick up some secrets and techniques for perfect pasta.
Next, you’ll move on to preparing zabaglione, a soft and velvety cream made from egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala wine. Using the bain-marie technique, you’ll learn how to whisk the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
After completing your preparations, you’ll enjoy a delicious and rich meal, an Antipasto with local products from the Langhe, , accompanied by crostini and rustic bread.The main course will be the tajarin you made and for dessert, you will savor a hazelnut cake from the Langhe, enriched and drenched with the freshly made zabaglione. This dessert represents a perfect combination of local flavors and traditions.

Very pleasant and educational evening - Davide and Diana were very nice hosts. Their house is wonderfully situated at over 500 m above sea level. it was a very pleasant and educational evening about pasta and local food traditions. Highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic - We had an amazing experience learning to cook fresh pasta with Davide. He was really good at getting our kids involved and we all enjoyed it immensely. Delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings.

A wonderful cooking experience with Davide Prandi - Davide is an excellent chef and patiently taught us (I am a cooking novice) how to make pasta and traditional sauces. He and Deanne welcomed us into their home and made sure our time with them was thoroughly enjoyable. We learned, we laughed, and we would do it again tomorrow if we could. A great memory of our stay in the Piedmonte region.

Fun and family friendly! - We made our own pastas and dessert, learned about the region and had a wonderful time as a family. My six year old absolutely loved it. Great experience!!

Great experience! - What a fantastic experience we had with this cooking workshop. We were welcomed at a beautiful location. The kitchen was very modern and clean. Within a couple of hours we cooked 4 courses, gained a lot of knowledge about the Piedmont cuisine and of course we had a delicious lunch. The nice conversations with Andrea and his wife completed it
